“This was an excellent hire to stay at. We were upgraded to a family suite, which was a good sized room. The air conditioning worked great during the beginning of august. And the staff were very attentive and incredibly helpful. The only issue was that the service at the restaurant wasn’t good. It took them 20 minutes to get me the bill after asking, and made me late for an appointment. But I didn’t want to review the note based on the restaurant. Especially when the hotel staff were so great. Looking forward to staying there again.”

“5 stars are not enough to rate the quality of service that we received during our stay. It was an awesome experience. The dedication, personal touch, and kindness of everybody in the hotel, beginning with the manager Bruno, his staff Ricardo, Deborah, and the front desk staff, made our very comfortable. My daily breakfasts were always enjoyable by the personal attention given by Deborah and her team. They always try to find ways to make us happier. The greeting and hospitality that you receive upon entering and exiting the hotel are welcoming. Pedro and his team greet you nicely each time. We cannot wait to be back here in March!”
