“I checked in on Saturday June 19, 2021 and realized the beach is nothing like the website states for CANCUN BAY RESORT. It's technically NOT beachfront. Basically there's a little sand and boat docks. I asked to cancel my reservation and they said I have to wait til Monday to cancel. I'm trying to book another hotel for my remaining vacation. The guy at the front desk said, "why do you want to cancel". I said "it's not a beach". He said, "they hear that all the time".....well then be HONEST TO YOUR CUSTOMERS....”
