“The rooms are spacious with lovely decor, the staff are friendly, the food for a five star hotel was below average , had to tell them 3 weeks in advance what we wanted to eat off the menu, when we got there, they gave us a copy of what we ordered, when we ordered what we wanted for lunch, where the told two of the items they didn't have, ate lunch on the patio of my room, when we left the hotel the next day all the dishes and the left over food was still on the patio, had booked mani and pedi, which was nail painting,,, extremely disappointing,,,,”
