“The hotel is very close to downtown (about 8 miles, straight shot). The property is well hidden from the busy road and has a lot of nice greenery and plants surrounding it. Our room was in the back facing a wooded area and was very quiet. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast was very good and had many options. We loved having the Keurig in the rooms! I asked the front staff for flavored creamer pods one day and a guy went to the closed breakfast area and brought me 6 which was very nice! We were on vacation for 4 nights and 4 days. There are really good restaurants near the hotel and of course some of the best food in the world 10 minutes away in downtown Charleston.”

“From the check-in to check-out the entire staff was hospitable and accommodating! The location is along a busy stretch of Savannah Hwy but the trees surrounding the property gives it a cozy aura. The lobby is very nice, and well-designed. The staff has done an amazing job providing literature and other accommodations giving guests the 411 of activities and attractions in the area. The food and drink choices in the surrounding Charleston area was great and one attendant even gave us a personal recommendation that turned out to be awesome! I was not expecting for the Best Western Inn to provide such a great experience but they far exceeded my expectations. Special thank you to the housekeeping staff and Ms. Tammy.”
