“No necesito describir mi estancia porque ya he estado muchas veces. Desde su inauguración. Tanto en eventos empresariales como, sobre todo, de Ocio. Llevo casi 6 años fuera de España, y siendo nacido y criado en Madrid, elijo este Hotel por su calidad de servicio y eficiencia en el trato. Sin lugar a dudas lo RECOMIENDO. Mención especial a la Srta. Laura Estévez, que me gestiono la reserva como si me conociera de toda la vida. El lujo no está reñido con la sencillez. Prueba de ello es esta cadena de Grandes Hoteles. “Soy cliente habitual corporate. El hotel ha perdido mucho calidad y es raro que mantenga las 5 estrellas. No hay botones ( dicen por el covid) si no fuese por youness que es un recepcionista de 10 me hubiera tocado cargar 6 maletas. Lo más increíble es que el agua de cortesía que te reponen hasta en un hotel de 3 estrellas y que reponian antes te dicen ahora que la ponen solo el primer día, duchas con más de 10 años ( desactualizados sin cambiar), water sin la manguera ni bidé. Si recortas en cálida de servicio no te mereces las 5 estrellas. No recomendable, ya no más.”
