“Wonderful hotel! Overall I had a great stay here. The downgrade was for attention to detail. Someone else's leftovers was left in my fridge. It wasn't a big deal, and I just threw it away. Service was excellent! The concierge was fast and helpful with the few things I asked of them. The hotel itself is beautiful. The layout is confusing, but that's somewhat to be expected in an older building.”
