Location is perfect, hotel is okay but the main highlight here are the guest relations and in particular I must highlight Malanie who has been so absolutely wonderful during our stay. She’s so attentive and kind- hospitality at its best.

The Grand Hotel Beauvau at Vieux-Port is fabulous! We could not be happier with the friendly and professional service we experienced with all staff members, the beautiful accommodations, the fantastic breakfast, and the view! Yes, the view! We requested a room with a view of the port, and it turns out this 200+ year old, well maintained hotel is in the center of everything. We were in close proximity to countless amazing outdoor cafes, beautiful historic sights, and lots of activity (musicians, acrobats, easy access to transportation). We remember most fondly an excellent bartender in the hotel bar, the amazing view from our room, how quiet our room was when we closed our windows to shut out the activity from the port, and the wonderful spread of local products for breakfast.

Classic hotel in Centre of Port area. Bar has view overlooking port. Great location for central area. Rooms very comfortable, maid service every day with clean towels. Mini fridge with free water. Breakfast pricey.

No lo valoro con un 5 xq nuestra habitación aunque muy grande y cómoda, tenia un ruido toda la noche (tipo de ventilador) tampoco miraba al puerto (oferta por lo que pagamos menos). Situación inmejorable. Desayuno bueno,abundante, surtido con productos locales. Personal muy amable. El ruido fue lo más molesto. Resto de estancia muy agradable

We enjoyed quite a few things about this hotel. The bed we had was one of the most comfortable of all the hotels we have been to in the last 3 years. I don't know what it was but it was amazing. The breakfast was also the best I've had in a long time, definitely rivaling the spread in hotels in say, Zermatt. The staff was excellent, from the receptionists, to the cleaners and breakfast staff. All very helpful and very polite. The only downsides were the elevator, which wasn't working during our 4 day stay, and i suspect it's been this way for some time. The room itself had some bits, in the bathroom especially, that could do with some TLC. Nothing terrible, but just in need of some maintenance. All that said, we enjoyed being there. The location is just perfect to see the main parts of the city, and close access to all the other main attractions. Also, go to the bar to watch the sunset. It's great.

Estar nesse hotel foi com voltar no tempo. Fiquei em um quarto de 2 andares estava com bebê. Comporto super bem.os amenites de banho são muitos bons. A vista para cidade do porto é espetacular. O café da manhã era muito bom com uma vista linda também.atendimento e limpeza muito bons.

Superb place Really nice place the atmosphere here is really good and really good vibes, This is the best place to enjoy some of good food and Food here is really tasty so delicious, They prepare the food really well everything is fresh, you can enjoy here some good soup and pasta here is amazing you can try chicken soup that's really tasty. The staff is really good and and they are really friendly. The wine is amazing loved it. Loved this hotel..

Had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel! The location is perfect, right at the center of the Vieux-Port area. Staff is great, they speak English and they try to help you with anything you need. The rooms are clean, spacious and create a perfect ambiance for relaxation. Excellent for holiday or business!

Excelente hotel frente al Puerto viejo de Marsella. No es barato pero bien vale la pena hospedarse ahí. Abrir tu ventana y ver el puerto antiguo con los yates, es sensacional.

This is at first sight actually a quite good hotel. The location is flawless and the staff is friendly. But... and there is a big but I’m afraid. My wife and I made a rather horrific finding when we were about to go to bed. There were dry blood stains on the sheets. I went to discuss this matter with the reception staff but they could not help us more than sending an untrained (?) employee to the room to shift the sheets. And I must say I am very surprised we didn’t get another room or weren’t compensated with e.g a free breakfast or even a discount of some sort. Very surprised I must say, and I regret to say this because the hotel is quite nice otherwise. I will likely not stay at this hotel again.

Estupenda ubicación junto al Puerto Viejo. Cama cómoda, habitación acogedora y limpio. Bufet de desayuno rico, aunque sin demasiada variedad. Por ponerle un par de pegas; la única ventana daba a un patio interior cochambroso y la ducha pasaba sola de agua fría a caliente. Pero en general es buena opción para alojarse en Marsella.

Espectacular lugar, hermoso y con una vista genial, agradezco a la gente que "si" habló español y a los recepcionistas que no hablaron español sin resentimiento, el lugar es un sueño y ubicado en el corazón de Marsella. Todo accesible y a la mano. Restaurantes propios o externos bien cerca. Hermosa vista nocturna. Hermosa historia de la ciudad y gran variedad de gente para sentirse cómodo en cualquier parte.
