“I was trying to plan my wedding there, But Emma was so rude and wouldn't communicate with us or call us, instead went through emails which weren't replied to in a timely fashion. And the non refundable deposit is a JOKE. So we took our business else where. Paradisus is where we will be having our wedding next year. Glad I read these reviews, and see I'm not the only one having problems with their wedding manager Emma. If you want to have a easy weddding and great communication go with Paradisus. The have a great selection of wedding packages and a 100% refundable deposit. Thanks Everyone for all your reviews and glad I'm not the only one who thinks Emma shouldn't be in a management position.”
