“The person in charge needs better customer relations experience. If you come with a group and they are offered a rate everyone should have the same rate $20 more or $20 less. A group is a group otherwise I would have rated a 5 ⭐. Everyone else I encountered was 5 star ⭐✨”

“Employee who was working at check in said my room number out loud, which goes against Hilton training and very much jeopardized my safety. Other employees were dismissive at best. Breakfast was fantastic and the room was nice. Employees were just lacking severely”
