“Overall our stay here was fine. I’m not an uptight person by any means, but there’s definitely a couple things worth noting and there was more good than bad. First, the room was a good size and it had a great view of downtown! Our A/C worked perfectly and the room was relatively clean- maybe like a 3.5/5. The mirror in our room was extremely dirty, like had dark brown stains all over it that looked like coffee or…something else. The floor had crumbs and stains on it as well but really nothing serious. The bed was comfortable but we did have to get extra pillows as the ones in the room are not great. The front desk people were quick and helpful- not the most professional but we were able to check in, drop off luggage and the car in about 5 minutes! The real reason for the 3/5 stars is because of the noise in the morning. At about 6 am (the first time it woke me up at least) the LOUDEST banging started and we couldn’t fall back asleep. around 7:30 they banged on our door and tried to open it even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door. This was just annoying because we went to a concert the night before and didn’t get back in until late. Don’t know if I could stay here again solely because of the noise, thank god we were only here one night.”

“Room was pretty small. But it served its purpose. Only stayed 1 night. Walls/door does not keep noise in. You can hear a normal conversation down the hall. Hallways are also small. Only 1 elevator was working. Front desk staff was very nice and friendly. Valet parking was $83. Breakfast was a variety of items. Hotel was near subway station and other sites we wanted to visit. Cleanliness in the room was a 4/5.”
