Room was clean, but the drain didn't flow too well but at least drained. The room was cleaned everyday and noticed the way it was cleaned was a little inconsistent. The bed was comfortable and they give 4 king sized pillows and a nice comforter. All the front desk staff was super welcoming whenever I came in. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I am glad I picked Sheraton over the Hilton down the street due to its location and its service. I'd stay again.

Ms. Kia & Angel Baker treats you like Family at the front desk not just a guest!! Was so polite & helpful & caring!! I would recommend anyone looking for a very nice hotel to stay in Indianapolis that's visiting.. consider Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre Hotel a home away from home!! Love it, even rode horse and carriage ride in July when me and my husband was there! The food& bar & breakfast is great too. Ms. Kia helped me with resources I needed away from the hotel as promised before her shift ended.. love it & they hospitality!!

The hotel was nice. I actually loved it. Would be nice if parking was included in the hotel room cost. It would also be nice if it was more parking. There was construction going on in the parking structure and lots of valet spots so you had to park pretty high up in the garage. The receptionist was very nice at check in. The room was very clean however the second day I checked out early due yo seeing a couple roaches in my bathroom. One in the tissue. I reported it to the front desk clerk actually whispered it and told her that because if it I decided to check out early. She didn’t seem to care just jotted it down on a list with a bunch of other complaints. Overall, the hotel was beautiful. I would definitely try another Sheraton in the future. Maybe this one again I’m unsure.

The staff is excellent and the amenities are pretty nice but, the windows let in too much noise from the street outside. You can basically hear every loud car and they’re blasting music so it makes sleeping here a little challenging. They might want to consider some kind of thicker curtain or insulation to prevent the noise but… I imagine there’s only so much one can do. The view is nice but not worth the noise. Also the parking garage is super sketchy from a structural perspective. I’m sure it’s fine but a lot of spots are taken up with scaffolding that seems to barely be holding the thing above ground.

If you can stay literally anywhere else, I would recommend that you do so. Our keys repeatedly refused to work. Rooms and hallways had visible water damage. Our shower drained poorly, to the point that there was at least 3-4 standing inches of water after a 10 minute shower. Toiletries were not replaced; we had to request full ones ourselves. To top it off, on our last night there was a cockroach in our room. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly, so that was a plus. (Shout-out to Nathan especially for being a consummate professional and an absolute rockstar). But there's only so much you can do after a certain point. Absolutely NOT worth the price we paid for it. Its downtown location is literally the only thing it has going for it, and if you're staying in town for an event at the convention center, it's not actually that close.

Experiência horrível!! Meu amigo foi estacionar na rampa. Lá ela viu um homem de aparência sombria em um carro branco batido. No banco do passageiro havia um homem com uma máscara. Quase a assustou até a morte! No dia seguinte, ela contou às pessoas na recepção e todos riram. Algo sobre o cara trabalhando como segurança para eles! Eu fiquei seco e disse a eles que nada daquilo era engraçado, e nem um pouco para o meu amigo. Somos duas mulheres idosas viajando juntas. Nada do que aconteceu foi engraçado! Nenhum deles se desculpou, apenas disse que trabalha lá! Ele faz? Em um carro sem identificação e surrado, parecendo um vagabundo com uma máscara, se todas as coisas? Eu os repreendi, mas eles não foram em fases nem um pouco. Minha filha de amigos, que pagou pelo quarto, ligou e conversou com o gerente no dia seguinte. Aparentemente, ela era uma das pessoas atrás da mesa quando saímos. Mesmo conversando com a filha ela não parecia ver o problema! Jantamos no hotel Nossa garçonete foi amigável, divertida e simplesmente incrível! O barman deveria ter pedido ao único homem no bar para se acalmar, pois ele era barulhento e vulgar. Belo quarto, camas confortáveis, mas vou dizer a qualquer um para evitar este hotel!

Horrible experience!! My friend went to park in the ramp. There she saw a shady looking man in a beat up white car. In the passenger seat there was a man with a mask on. Nearly scared her to death! The next day she told the people at the desk and they all laughed. Something about the guy working some sort of security for them! I got a dry and told them that none of it was funny, and not at all to my friend. We're two senior citizen women traveling together. None of what happened was funny! Not one of them apologized, just said he works there! He does? In an unmarked, ratty car, looking like a bum with a mask if all things? I told them off but they weren't phased in the least. My friends daughter, who paid for the room, called and talked to the manager the next day. Apparently she was one of the people behind the desk when we checked out. Even talking with the daughter she didn't seem to see the problem! We had dinner at the hotel Our waitress was friendly, fun and just amazing! The bartender should have asked the one man at the bar to quiet down as he was loud and vulgar. Beautiful room, comfy beds, but I'll tell anyone to avoid this hotel!

Eu tive um problema com meu quarto, mas uma vez que informei a equipe, eles rapidamente me transferiram para outro quarto e ofereceram estacionamento e café da manhã de cortesia. Estou atribuindo 5 estrelas porque, embora houvesse um problema que eles conseguiram resolver, a equipe foi muito gentil e acolhedora. Eu até sentei no bar em uma noite de sexta-feira movimentada e os bartenders estavam ótimo, rápido e amigável. Vou ficar aqui novamente.

I did have an issue with my room, but once I made the staff aware they quickly moved me to another room and offered complimentary parking and breakfast. I’m giving it 5 stars because even though there was an issue they were able to resolve it, the staff was very kind and welcoming. I even sat at the bar on a busy Friday night and the bartenders were great, fast, and friendly. I will stay here again.

It was nice, but at a 4 star hotel there was no microwave and the worst part was the 17 DOLLAR BREAKFAST... I've been to 3 star places that have the exact same breakfast foods with waffles and pancakes. I don't know man go to hardees or spend 17 dollars on an actual breakfast 😐 it didn't taste that great either

I did DJ'ing for a wedding here a couple of years ago around Christmas time. It was fantastic! 😄 The views of Circle Center from the main banquet hall are beautiful, showcasing Indy's skyline and center monument in such an awesome way! The food was catered by the hotel, and it was delicious! 😋The steak was grilled to perfection and the asparagus was amazing! The workers at the hotel were very accommodating and polite and professional. I would recommend coming here, whether to stay in a room or host an extravagant event! 😄
