“I would love to give this 5 stars. I went for a High Tea to celebrate the welcoming of a lovely woman into my family today. The Langham is a beautiful hotel filled with exquisite people, both guests and staff. The staff are friendly, warm, helpful, impeccable in presentation, and the Hotel itself is truly dreamy. The only reason I can't give a perfect score is there seemed to be a bit of communication problems among the service staff during our meal. The issues were things as simple as remembering to take our order for the hot tea we wanted and bringing out the no nuts platter in a timely fashion with the rest of the food, which we did mention when booking. I felt that they were maybe testing a new set of staff, which may well have been the case, and I wouldn't let it put me off trying it a second time. The food was good, environment spectacular, and I loved the unique addition of the dried smoked kangaroo with watermelon! It was a truly inspired little addition to a traditional High Tea.”

“Everything about our stay was perfect! The staff in every section of the hotel are genuinely friendly and available to help. They clearly enjoy their jobs and have chosen to make careers of them. Of course the food, beverages and furnishings are luxurious and decadent... especially the cocktails! But we really felt it was the staff that made our stay so special. They are all young and fun, so whilst the hotel is very high end and ultra professional we never felt at all like we couldn’t enjoy ourselves. Our room was beautiful, the pool and spa is gorgeous, the Observatory Bar was so lovely to relax in and the staff there are sensational and so talented! We actually wish we didn’t have tickets to a show while we were in town so we didn’t have to leave!! Thank you for having us, we loved every minute and admire the time and commitment you must dedicate to training your staff. They are wonderful! 💖”
