This is now called Colee hotel. Google is out of date. This is a cute hotel with very different decor. Ithe rooms still loo like a W inside. The staff are much friendlier though. They have a nice fitness area with good machines. Free weights, 5 treadmills and an elliptical and a bike. The conference Area is perfect fit a smaller event.

For the price we paid, we would've been better off at one of the less pricey Marriott properties. The lobby was crowded and noisy and the customer service was not up to par with the standard of this particular property. We checked in around 11:00 p.m.. The check- in was a bit lengthy, and the overall cleanliness of the lobby and elevator were atrocious. After checking in and receiving our room key, we entered a DIRTY used room. After making the front desk aware of the condition of the room, they just told us that it was marked cleaned in their system. I replied," Ok, but you know we didn't make the mess, we were at the check out counter eight minutes ago". The guest service agent proceeded to give us another room, but this one was not as dirty, but wasn't that clean either. We decided to go elsewhere for our stay and asked if we'd be charged for the entire stay, since we were not satisfied with the accommodation there. We were told we wouldn't be, but WE WERE. There was a hold on the account for the original two nights that were reserved. We had to call Marriott to find us accommodations for the evening. It was more than disappointing and inconvenient. It was not a Happy Birthday weekend, especially when you didn't expect to pay for a "Party" room, you didn't party in. It was the worst.

Everything was wonderful. Beautiful clean room and superb customer service from the front desk employee, Quinton. He went out of his way to make sure we had a good experience after having a bad one at the W Downtown. If you're between locations, choose Buckhead. 5 stars all around.

Bottom line: for the price, save yourself some annoyance, and stay at one of the other top-tier hotels nearby. While the staff and location is great, the W Buckhead is simply not a 4-star hotel.. The climate control in the room was confusing and required a call to the front desk to clarify. The front desk told us that the room could not be warmed unless the temperature outside hit a certain level. She also assured us that the room would naturally warm up after a few hours with us in it, which is a strange method for a hotel to heat their rooms. The shower took nearly 10 minutes to warm up the first morning, after another call to the front desk they offered to send someone down to the "boiler room" to check on the water heater. I'm not sure how old the hotel is, but that seemed unusual, especially for a hotel in the South. The handle and shower head were situated against the wall opposite of the shower door, so it's impossible to turn the shower on without getting sprayed with cold water unless you point the shower head straight into the wall beforehand. Overall the rooms look like they were dated and then quickly renovated, leaving a lot of gaps and a cheap feel behind. There wasn't anything particularly "Spectacular" about our room. The mini bar was empty, unsure if that was for COVID, or was just forgotten in the cleaning. The room window was so dirty on the outside that it looked like we were in a cloud. I'm sure the hotel would feel chic and stylish for people ages 20-30, but once you get over the age of 30, when you spend a few hundred dollars a night on a hotel room, you expect more quality, especially from a W Hotel. I won't be staying at another W unless it's literally: the last resort.

Parking is $42 on top of your nightly stay. The rooms are TINY and the bathroom is smaller than a closet. for a 4 person room they only provided us with only two towels. The rooftop bar (Whiskey Blue) RUDE RUDE RUDE. Charge $50 per person minimum spend, and during my birthday we wanted to come up just to see it and the manager proceeded to kick us out (even tho we were staying at the hotel paying good money to be there). The staff there is clearly used to big money, and will not do anything for you if you aren't willing to spend big bucks. On top of it our iron was broken and nobody would replace it.

Location was great! I booked this hotel specifically because it offered many great amenities. But upon arrival I was notified by front desk that Not one single amenity available ace I was not notified before booking my vacation about this which was very upsetting!!

Location was ideal, walking distance to Phibbs Plaza, Lenox Mall and lots of yummy restaurants. Expensive parking & valet rates per day. Atlanta is known for that!

It was clean. I didn't like the size of the room, & the fact that it was impossible to get a hold of front desk, even from my room. The mini bar was very very limited down to almost nothing. I did not get a receipt yet for my stay nor has one been emailed to me.

The location of the hotel was in a very nice area of the city. Due to COVID-19 the bar, restuarant, pool, rooftop and gym were not open. Due to the protests going on there was a 9pm curfew in place so with the hotel having nothing at all to offer my experience was far less than pleasant. No extras were offered at all

The food was absolutely amazing ! I can't describe how good their food was it was beyond amazing ! The employees were very kind. The hotel interior design was extremely out of date . The rooms are very small. Disappointed a lot with the decor . So out of date . My toilet made noises all night.

Location. Small bathroom with frosted glass - no privacy, no storage. Maid service did not come until late afternoon when we were getting in. Wrong name was addressing us on welcome TV. Small bar open closet, 2 1/2 nightstand for drawers.

My husband and I just stayed here one night as we were attending a party nearby. We were greeted immediately as we drove up and the staff was very friendly and helpful. A+ for customer service. It's valet parking only, which I don't particularly like. The valet service is 24 hrs which is great. The lobby is very trendy and swanky. It's not huge, but very nice. The room was beautiful. I especially loved the bathroom. The bed was really uncomfortable for me. It was nice at first, kind of like memory foam, but then it went flat and felt like I was sleeping on the springs. We were able to walk to a lot of places in the area which was nice as traffic and parking were crazy. There was really nothing in the hotel that was complimentary. Overall, I probably won't stay here again, but it was pretty nice.

The room was clean and very pleasant, and all of the staff were excellent. The bartender in the downstairs bar area is particularly worthy of note. Breakfast was delicious--I recommend "the American." The clientele is eclectic and most interesting. Those interested in "people watching" will be very happy, especially in the numerous well-appointed lobby (called the "living room" ) seating areas.

Great location. Friendly service. Small pool but great view. Weird room layout. Can not turn bathroom light on without lighting the whole room. No storage. Tiny closet and not much room for 2 suitcases. Bathroom doesn't have much counter space either.

The location was good and most of the staff at the hotel were very helpful and accomodating. Requests for items like a microwave and serving utensils were quickly met. It is under construction so that left some things to be desired. We could hear construction noise throughout the day even though we were two floors below the area where construction was on-going. $40 per night for valet is ridiculous.
