“First time at a 1 Hotel and will not be the last. A tranquil, upscale hotel doing just about everything on-point. Check in was awesome - got an early room and a small upgrade. Joshua at the front was super friendly and professional. In fact, all the bellmen/front desk/ staff were genuinely nice. Room (studio king). Not large but great bed/linens, toiletries, robe, the entertainment is nice (always love when they have Chromecast). I'll def look for 1 Hotel in the cities I visit form now on.”
