“When we arrived we were eager to swim, we have a 7 year old and 9 month old. I looked into the pool and the hot tub was closed off. When I asked the front desk guy about this he replied with “yep it’s closed”. I wish we would’ve known that when we called to book. We check into our room and the bed was dirty, food on the floor, the toilet had NOT been flushed and then the shower.. so gross. Hair in the corners of the floor and the mirror had filthy handprints and a TON of dust everywhere. We ended up checking out and staying somewhere else. Multiple people at the front desk and they’re all incredibly rude. They did not seem to care about our concerns. Disgusting and would NOT recommend.”

“The rooms were very comfortable and clean. You want breakfast, get there early. I got there at 7:45 and had no idea a pack of ravenous carnivores were staying here as well. But staff remained friendly and hustled their tails making sure items were stocked. I'm ever in Vegas, I'll be back to stay. Thank you to the staff for making our night stay welcoming and comfortable.”
