“When we arrived we were eager to swim, we have a 7 year old and 9 month old. I looked into the pool and the hot tub was closed off. When I asked the front desk guy about this he replied with “yep it’s closed”. I wish we would’ve known that when we called to book. We check into our room and the bed was dirty, food on the floor, the toilet had NOT been flushed and then the shower.. so gross. Hair in the corners of the floor and the mirror had filthy handprints and a TON of dust everywhere. We ended up checking out and staying somewhere else. Multiple people at the front desk and they’re all incredibly rude. They did not seem to care about our concerns. Disgusting and would NOT recommend.”

She also gave me good recommendations for places to see and try out which was helpful cause I’m not the type to plan a full trip before leaving. Will recommend to family and friends.
