“Three seasons resort, for now.Let me start by mentioning the positives. This resort is absolutely gorgeous! It was designed in an elegant and sublime fashion. What I love about the Four Seasons is that they often buy iconic properties and turn them into something even more special. This is definitely the case here as well! The grounds are splendid, the decor is simply divine and the rooms are spectacular. The staff are extremely nice and they are trying really hard, but unfortunately when it comes to the quality of the service, this is not a Four Seasons resort, yet.This is our third day here and already a few things occurred that shouldn’t have. We asked housekeeping for champagne glasses repeatedly, so far we only received wine glasses. For some reason they do not clean the outdoors. We keep on calling and asking for it to be cleaned, but yesterday we had to call three times to get it cleaned. We also had to call three times to get an ice bucket… Yesterday at the beach, I waited for my food for over an hour. When I enquired about it, I was told that it was coming. Only when I asked for a third time, did someone actually check on it and it turned out that it had never been ordered… I know that mistakes happen but someone should have checked on it the first time I asked about the delay. My beer arrived 40 minutes after I ordered it… The servers are very friendly but they just seem overworked. Today at breakfast, when I was about to feed my daughter some yogurt, I noticed that it was covered in mould… I decided to mention these things because once again my terrace has not been cleaned, despite the fact that we complained about it over two hours ago and maybe finally someone will notice this. These are small things but they do add up and they are definitely not what one expects when one books a room at the Four Seasons. I hope that this will help you improve, but for now, it feels more like three seasons, unfortunately.”

Lindo hotel. Tudo estava no local e perfeito, desde o atendimento até a vista foi tudo incrível. A piscina era definitivamente algo para escrever e o clube infantil era perfeito para crianças de todas as idades. hermoso hotel Todo estuvo en el lugar y perfecto, desde el servicio hasta la vista, todo fue increíble. La piscina definitivamente era algo para escribir en casa y el club infantil era perfecto para niños de todas las edades. El personal hizo todo lo posible para garantizar la mejor experiencia para mi familia y para mí. ¿Y mencioné la playa? La vista más hermosa del océano con acceso completo a la playa. Resort cinco estrelas de alto nível. Exatamente pelo que o Four Seasons é conhecido. Não decepcionou. A equipe é incrível, o serviço é ótimo, a propriedade é linda, concierge ou experiente e vai além. Na piscina, pedimos chantilly em um de nossos cafés e o garçom da piscina subiu até a cozinha e pediu ao chef confeiteiro que preparasse um recheio de creme chantilly de verdade. Foi demais.

Resort de cinco estrellas de primera categoría. Exactamente por lo que se conoce al Four Seasons. No defraudó. El personal es increíble, el servicio es excelente, la propiedad es hermosa, el conserje o está bien informado y va más allá. En la piscina pedimos crema batida en uno de nuestros cafés y el camarero de la piscina subió hasta la cocina y le pidió al chef de repostería que preparara un relleno de crema batida de pastelería. Fue asombroso.

Top notch five star resort. Exactly what the Four Seasons is known for. Did not disappoint. Staff is incredible, service is great, property is beautiful, concierge or knowledgeable and go above and beyond. At the pool we asked for whipped cream in one of our coffees and the pool waiter went all the way up to the kitchen and asked the pastry chef to whip up some real pastry whipped cream filling. It was awesome.

Should you expect for hours to your rooms? Should you expect dirty floor on the balcony? Should you expect no compliments at your BD, only troubles? Four Seasons Astir Palace is obviously non pet friendly although it argues otherwise. During the 3 days I stayed, three small kittens, weak and obviously hungry, wandered around the pool area and begged for food. We cared for them and feed them every day but this shoud be the duty of the staff and not of the customers who love animals and are annoyed by the image of starving kittens in 2021. The behavior of the staff was unacceptable, the 3 kittens were chased away and almost kicked when people could not see. Unacceptable image for a supposed luxurious and civilized environment . There should be care and planning so that the huge amounts of food left over from the customers are given to the small animals that roam the luxurius hotel area starving.

All I can say is WOW! Simply perfect. The service was top notch. We stayed in a bungalow with a plunge pool overlooking a quiet beach. Every amenity is here. The service and qualify of everything was 110%. The bed was so soft. A big thank you to Achilleas at the beach. He was so accompanying, friendly and made our stay great. He worked his tail off in the heat and was never tired. He brought food and recommended some amazing places. A huge asset to the hotel. The application to talk to the concierge was great. You can request room service, taxis to restaurants and cleaning service. Simply perfect.

Como huésped diurno que usaba las tumbonas junto a la piscina, disfruté mucho del paisaje, sin embargo, el servicio podría mejorarse. Los camareros fueron muy amables y una vez que se hizo un pedido, lo entregaron rápidamente, sin embargo, a veces fue difícil obtener el servicio en primer lugar. Tenga en cuenta que no hay música alrededor de la piscina, no necesariamente algo negativo, solo vale la pena señalarlo. I just spent the day at the beach club- beautiful location, clear water, wonderful service great atmosphere. I knock off a point for the food- mediocre taco and when I asked if the shrimp was fresh I was told it was frozen- I would love to see a beach club of This standard and price point serving locally sourced, fresh Greek produce from small farms.

As a day guest using the poolside sun loungers, I thoroughly enjoyed the scenery however the service could be improved. The waiters were very friendly and once an order was made, they delivered quickly, however it was sometimes difficult to get the service in the first place. Note that there is no music playing around the poolside, not necessarily a negative, just worth noting. I also ate at the Helios poolside restaurant, and although the service was fast and attentive, the vegetarian quesadilla (€18) was underwhelming. Great selection of Helios hot sauces though.

Everything about this hotel is spectacular - the rooms, amenities, view, restaurant and service are all top notch!!I travel a ton, and this is definitely on the top of my list of hotels to stay.Don’t bother looking elsewhere - you won’t be disappointed.

Wonderful breakfast! The buffet was beautiful with several different stations from cereals to fruits to charcuterie to hot items. Egg plates are ordered at the table. A selection of fresh juices, and hot drinks available. The service is top-notch, with an incredibly attentive (though not intrusive staff)!If you enjoy Benedicts try the salmon or ham Benedict with spinach. ...and soak in the view!

Gran piscina y vistas. las habitaciones son muy espaciosas pero no elegantes. De todos modos se convertirán en las nuevas cuatro temporadas de atenas por lo que habrá un cambio importante. tenemos que esperar hasta el próximo año.

Great pool and views . the rooms are very spacious but not stylish. Anyway it will become the new four seasons of athens so there will be a major change . we have to wait till next year .
