“Nice hotel but there is a huge lack of basic facilities. I couldn't buy even a bottle of water from the reception, because apparently they run out of water. I had to change the card a couple of times during our stay. No vending machine to get a water or any drink, no drinks in the fridge, no kettle or espresso machine in the room.”
