“We booked a night at the Mount Nelson for our wedding anniversary. I cannot express enough how incredible the staff were and how much we enjoyed our stay. We were upgraded and treated like royalty. Without a doubt one of the best hotels in South Africa. Our room was fabulous and the breakfast was delicious with endless options.”

“Incredibly friendly staff! Wow almost too friendly, when they thank me for taking a dish from the table... I’m the one thanking u.
Beautiful grounds and pool and in a nice part of town. The only Down side is that it has some strange colonial decor. Food is great. They have some plant based vegan options which is cool. Which I hung out at the bar more.
Also the hotel cat is really friendly which offsets any wrong doings of the hotels decor choice. Let him come to you first and then he will b friend forever. Five stars!”
