I made the reservation on Hotels.com. I was charged extra for two nights to have a suite. I booked two rooms to be adjoining to allow with help it a two month old and a two year old. I was put in a handicapped room and my second room for my daughter was two floors away. The room smelled and also wasn't clean. It still had dirty dishes in the sink when I checked in. I was told my The manager Charlotte Long there was nothing that could be done. The room was also never serviced by housekeeping ever

Horrible! Dirty stove, toaster, one filthy trash can, tub and towels stained, no wash cloths no bath mat, no non slip bath tub mat! I'm 67 with bad back and RA and fall easily! A large wooden cover under the tv that was not attached fell and barely missed my foot! It wood have broken my foot if it had fallen on it! I had to remake the bed to put a mattress cover on the bed which was missing! The mattress had beaded up material on it that felt like small pebbles! No ice no drinks to be bought snacks were out of date! Nothing except the bed was good at this hotel! I asked for a refund, but have not heard anything, plus I was charged $264 from the booking company and the manager said the payment was declined on from tge booking agent and charged my card another $156 + $50 so that was a total of $470 ! I was suppose to receive a refund! I figure if I'm going to be the maid and have to make beds and go get towels and mattress covers at the desk they should pay me not charge me! Plus my key would not open the door! I made 4 0r 5 trips to the front desk and just as many calls with a bad back, RA and osteoporosis! This was suppose to be a place I could rest for the 8 hour trip home alone..... driving by myself.... but I wound up talking to the manager at the front desk at check out trying to get some kind of resolution... but, got charged more and delayed another 45 minutes on leaving!

We had to ask for a new room 3 times and ended up leaving anyway. The first room had a broken toilet, no blanket on the bed, and had drywall and trash everywhere. The other two rooms were equally as bad and one of them had no heat. The pictures on Google aren't even if the same hotel, it's of the hotel accords the street. They need to make some serious changes before this will be a nice hotel.

I initially checked into a neighboring hotel but decided it wasn't the place for me. There was availability here so I decided to stay and I'm SO glad I did! It had a full size refrigerator, a 2 burner stove top and dishes. It smelled nice and neutral when I opened the door. There were a couple of areas that might have been cleaned a little better but overall I was pleased with it. The staff were pleasant and helpful when needed. There have a gym and computer area - I didn't use either but it's nice to know they're available. Although the hotel was at capacity the night before I left you couldn't tell because it was so quiet! Two of the three sides are surrounded by green space and is very quiet. They were doing exterior improvements while I was there and it's obvious there is pride of ownership here. Would revisit and recommend!

The room was clean but smelled of dirty feet or Cheetos. No utensils were in the room and only one roll of toilet paper. As for the outside, the grass was long making the sidewalk a bit of an itchy walk with the mosquitoes when we got back late and left early. Check in went great and every employee we had contact with was nothing short of amazing. The rooms were quiet and the air conditioning kept us nice and cool.
