“I truly have to race about this hotel and Lena. I had just had major surgery and needed to stay close to my doctor. Not only did Lena find me a fan for my personal use because of my medical issues but she checked on me and was absolutely amazing. She was also there when I went to sleep and when I woke up. Where can you find that kind of service? The hotel was extremely clean with so many amenities in the room I did not want to leave. I will definitely be staying there every time and anytime I travel I will be looking for their hotel brand! Thanks so much!”
