Os membros da equipe da recepção são acolhedores, amigáveis e realmente vão além para garantir que eu tenha tudo o que preciso (travesseiros extras, toalhas, cobertores, até desodorante quando me esqueço e muito mais)! Lynsey, Vanessa, Annmarie estão sempre sorrindo e muitas vezes nos cumprimentam imediatamente pelo nome quando entramos pela porta! Os funcionários da cozinha / bar são "Excelentes" nas palavras dos meus bartenders favoritos, Humberto & Adolpho! Sempre que estou em Chicago, este é o meu lugar para ficar nos subúrbios.”

“Very disappointed. If I wanted to stay in a Courtyard by Marriott then I would have booked that. When someone books a 4-star hotel, you aren't expecting to arrive to loud groups of people and young children run wild through the lobby. You expect nice thick towels and not thin towels with a painted over rust covered bathroom door. The shower turned cold and then hot again during my daughter's shower. The toilet paper was thin and cheap. We departed at 5 AM where they were blaring thumping music. The front sliding glass doors are rusted and creaky.If they would rebrand it, then it would be a nice Courtyard but it doesn't fit the main Marriott brand which is why we chose it originally.”
