“Quarto muito gasto. Tivemos um quarto superior no 7º andar. A vista era ótima, mas o quarto estava sujo. A mesa do grupo de sofás havia desabado quando chegamos, então, quando quisemos pegá-la, pudemos ver sob o tampo da mesa que estava manchada com alguma tagarelice marrom não identificável. Mencionamos isso na recepção que prometeu enviar um e limpá-lo. Infelizmente, isso nao aconteceu. O quarto estava muito empoeirado. O banheiro com banheira era uma relíquia dos anos 60, mas funcionava. O café da manhã estava absolutamente bom.”

“O pequeno-almoço é de primeira qualidade. No entanto, não havia pimenta vermelha ou verde. Não havia leite que eles haviam evitado. Eles simplesmente não podiam entrar na rede! Isso gerou grande insatisfação entre os convidados. A vista do 8º andar não poderia ser reclamada. Muito bom. Não havia cortina de chuveiro, então o banheiro inteiro estava inundado. Eu tinha um businessroom com dois banheiros. Um era mais recente e o outro da década de 1970. Atrás da cama pendia uma cortina ao longo da parede e nos painéis dos pés havia uma espessa camada de sujeira e insetos mortos de vários anos atrás. Havia um buraco na porta do banheiro.”
