“Recomiendo el hotel,muy buena atención”

“Sadly I must say that I regret staying here. Admittedly I knew there was no air conditioning before booking but the temperature in the rooms on the 5th floor was more than the temperature outside, and it was over 20c outside at night. Sleeping was impossible, even with a fan. The rooms were poorly lit, old fashioned lamps everywhere but none that bright, and the rooms themselves were very dated. Beds were OK. TV was huge which was a bonus. Tea and coffee facilities were OK. Room space was average. View was not good, but you can opt for a better view if you want to pay more. There was a mini fridge which was good and this worked pretty well for a small fridge. Bathroom was tired looking, and it was impossible to get cold water from the sink, so if you for example wanted to splash cold water in your face you had to use the bath. Shower was good, powerful and worked well. They provided some small soaps and very little shampoo bottles but when I asked for more on two occasions they had none, which seemed odd to me. Staff were polite but not as good as other hotels, I got the impression the staff were unhappy the whole time, they just gave that vibe, so us asking them for anything was just annoying them, for example if you have no soap say sorry, don't just say we don't have any and leave me there wondering what I can do next. Parking was good. Would not stay here again.”
