“El registro estuvo bien, bastante estándar y nada excepcional. Sin embargo, la estancia en el hotel (afortunadamente solo una noche) fue terrible. Habíamos pedido una habitación tranquila ya que ambos teníamos un sueño muy ligero y nos pusieron en la habitación n. ° 104, lo que significaba que teníamos la lavadora / secadora funcionando hasta muy tarde en la noche casi al lado. A última hora de la tarde (alrededor de la medianoche) todavía oíamos ruidosos invitados con sus hijos corriendo por los pasillos y dando portazos. Sabemos que esto no se puede evitar por completo en un lugar donde se reúne tanta gente, pero el recepcionista debe intervenir si los invitados están haciendo mucho ruido después de las 22:00.En medio de la noche, escuchamos a una mujer gritando a todo pulmón, supuestamente también con la recepcionista. Obviamente estaban teniendo algún tipo de discusión que parecía durar una eternidad.Pagamos $ 130 por nuestra estadía allí y elegimos este hotel (después de todo, ¡Radisson tiene algún tipo de reputación!) En lugar de un motel porque pensamos que conseguiríamos un hotel adecuado y dormiríamos bien. ¡Qué equivocados estábamos!Otro aspecto que esperábamos con ansias era recibir un desayuno caliente y fresco. Una vez más, nos decepcionó. El huevo revuelto vino en forma de algo parecido a un muffin de McDonald's que tuvo que calentarse en el microondas. Además, las mesas no se limpiaron cuando entramos, los pisos estaban sucios, no había panecillos disponibles en las bandejas (eventualmente los llenaron), etc. Todo estaba muy por debajo del estándar. Y si limita las opciones de desayuno debido a covid, debe mantener algún tipo de higiene en el área de desayuno.Lo mejor fue comprobar entonces. La recepcionista no preguntó cómo nos había gustado nuestra estancia ni nos trató con ningún otro tipo de hospitalidad. Toda esta estancia fue un desastre. Definitivamente no recomendaremos este lugar, ni volveremos nunca.”

“Booked a room for my mom at the front desk at check in time on Saturday only to have a call from my mom at 12:30 am that they had given her room to another customer!!!!! She had gone to the front desk to let them know that her room key was not working and thats when they let her know that her room was booked by another guest. I literally went into the room earlier the same day (after check in) and used the towels in the room, so whoever stayed in the room after we left for dinner did not receive a sanitized room. They also did not believe her when she said she had booked the room earlier even though she had the key!!!! To top it off the staff at the front desk told her the other guest paid more than her and the hotel was booked solid so they turned her away and she had to leave and book another room at 1:00 am! Extremely incompetent staff, like how do you mess up this bad!”
