The rooms are very clean and check-in was really easy and fast. There is plenty of parking and even though it is right next to the train tracks you don't hear it in your room. They offer free breakfast and the coffee is really good.

Upon arrival, the dude upgraded me to a suite but entering the room and spending the night there I think I been had. Their suite has smaller bathroom thus the sink is outside and the tub been replaced by a walk in shower. I picked this room because of the tub. I guess water is expensive and they dont want me to use the tub. Then upon looking out the windows from the suite is a car wash shop with the smell of the chemicals coming in when the windows are open. The weird thing is they let people use their lobby to sleep in or gathering of some sort. On the 2nd day pass afternoon, i came back and my card didnt work. Apparently they deactivated my card even though i was staying for 2 nights. The cleaning ladies didnt bother to see if i checked out yet and try to come in. Overall, the room is adequate and nothing seem to be broken. There is a strange smell to the lobby maybe thats why all the windows are open. The people were nice but their system needs tweaking.

When we checked in, there were a bunch of television boxes under white sheets in the lobby that immediately made me think trafficking or money laundering. As we made our way into the hotel, there was a super weird assortment of furniture, which seemed to have come from multiple hotels and this once again felt weird. Almost seems like this hotel is being used as a storage facility for another hotel. When we got into the room, there were no headboards, and while the room was clean it overall felt fairly low quality. Bathroom looked like a prison, and all of the lights in the room are bright white and hard to look at. A distinct lack of outlets by the bed made charging a phone difficult. My sister got a bite of some kind while sleeping, but it doesn’t seem like there are bed bugs all over the place. Overall a really weird experience and unsatisfying overall. I guess you get what you pay for as it was a cheap hotel in the bay area.

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars, but the pool was pretty bad. I stayed in an accessible first floor room with two very comfortable queen beds. The shower was my favorite thing. It has both a full height fixed shower head and a lower height hand shower with separate controls. The built-in fold down shower seat was right next to the hand shower and the holder is at the right height to shower seated without picking up the shower wand from the wall mount. Great ergonomic design saves spoons. Also the proportions of the bathroom suggested it would be amenable to mobility aides which I don't use and thus can't directly confirm. I did not see any braille in the room but maybe there are instructions available on request. Again cannot confirm. The complimentary breakfast is pretty good as long as you are not vegan. There's a waffle making set up, instant scrambled eggs, apples, oranges, raisin bran, fruit loops, corn flakes, milk, packets of instant oatmeal, hot water, apple juice, orange juice and coffee. The cleaning staff is efficient and accommodating. The exercise room is small but clean and well maintained. It contains one weight machine, one treadmill and one elliptical machine. There's a small pool which was shockingly green and slightly turbid. The furniture near the pool was clean and in good condition. There were pool towels available in the cabinet. But the pool itself was a biome all its own. Seriously, clean the pool thoroughly and you can have that fifth star back.

The furnishings in the hotel are quite old and there is a strange smell. Two areas in the lobby are covered with large blankets, no idea what is under the blankets, but it looks very improvised. In the room there is a refrigerator which makes noise during the night. So you can't really relax. The morning buffet is really very minimalistic. Price-performance ratio is not right at all. I left the hotel after 3 nights and looked for another accommodation.
