“My husband and I had a reservation far out in advance with this location and had to cancel. When we cancelled no one was really willing to help us from a Corporate standpoint. The Corporate connection we made stated that we were unable to get our money back - we settled with not getting our money back and cancelled our reservation. Once the date came that we were supposed to be staying our card was then charged a no show fee. We called the hotel and finally we were helped by the Manager at this location. He not only apologized he refunded our no show fee AND the original charge we never thought we would be getting back. I appreciate people who take their customer service seriously and actually care about others. Before today I would never stay at a Crowne Plaza and I would never suggest it for any of my friends and family. It took one employee to just show that they cared enough to listen to our story. I wish I could remember his name but he saved the Crowne Plaza name for us.”

“Nice clean room. Great location being close to FLL. Only issue was catching the airport shuttle and a long line at the front desk at 1 am. However the staff were working as fast as they could and were very polite and apologetic. Overall a positive experience.”
