Hotel bem localizado, próximo ao centro da cidade. Quarto com tamanho bom, funcionários atenciosos. O buffet de café da manhã é um pouco caro, mas nada fora do normal da região. Ótimo para visitas a negócios.

Excelente hotel com ótimas comodidades! Este hotel está convenientemente localizado em White Plains. Você pode caminhar até a Cheesecake Factory e Whole Foods e o shopping, o que é realmente conveniente se você tiver filhos.A equipe da recepção também é tão agradável e amigável e acolhedora. Perguntamos se era possível fazer o check-in mais cedo e eles colocaram uma nota na conta para garantir que um quarto estivesse pronto para nós! Eles foram além do que normalmente se espera de um hotel.A sua piscina também é uma grande característica do hotel. É limpo e quente e outro ótimo complemento para famílias com crianças para mantê-los ocupados e se divertir. Abre cedo também outra vantagem agradável.

Great place to stay.Clean modern and the staff is so friendly.I was very stressed when I arrived due to getting lost and traffic, but the front desk just calmed me down.Rooms are great, I have been here a lot.I missed the ducks they used to give though!

Excellent hotel with great amenities! This hotel is conveniently located in White Plains. You can walk to Cheesecake Factory and Whole Foods and the mall which is really convenient if you have kid(s). The front desk staff are also so nice and friendly and accommodating. We asked if it was possible to check in early and they put a note on the account to ensure a room would be ready for us! They went about and beyond what is usually expected of a hotel. Their pool is also a great feature of the hotel. It's clean and warm and another great addition for families with kid(s) to keep them occupied and have fun. It opens early as well another nice perk.

Este hotel está no meu top 3 favorito! Realmente merece 5+ estrelas! A equipe oferece atendimento ao cliente de alto nível, e os quartos são sempre muito limpos. A piscina é uma comodidade incrível, pois é sempre uma temperatura confortável e quente, e fica aberta até as 23h. Está localizado em uma localização perfeita, tornando mais fácil se aventurar para fazer compras, jantar em uma ampla seleção de restaurantes e curtir a vida noturna, se assim o desejar! Sem dúvida, o Sonesta White Plains é absolutamente o lugar para ficar quando estiver no centro de White Plains! Claramente, eu recomendo este hotel **P.S. As camas são tão confortáveis!!!

This hotel is in my favorite top 3! It truly deserves 5+ stars! The staff offers top-notch customer service, and the rooms are always very clean. The pool is an awesome amenity, as it’s always a comfy warm like temp, and it’s open until 11PM. It’s located at a perfect location, making it easy to venture out to go shopping, dine at a wide selection of restaurants, and hit the nightlife if you so please! Hands down, The Sonesta White Plains is absolutely the place to stay when in the downtown White Plains area! Clearly, I HIGHLY recommend this hotel **P.S. The beds are SO comfortable!!!

Tive o prazer de ficar no Sonesta. Eu tinha um quarto aqui para o casamento do meu amigo. As acomodações foram excelentes. Os quartos eram fáceis de encontrar, os quartos eram extremamente limpos e organizados, muitas toalhas no banheiro. O estacionamento no Sonesta também foi muito conveniente e preço razoável para pernoite. Espero que eu consiga ficar aqui novamente no futuro! !

Minha esposa e eu usamos o Sonesta em White Plains como nosso hotel tanto para nós quanto para nossos convidados, também hospedamos depois de bebidas no bar do hotel e um brunch no café da manhã do hotel (não tivemos o casamento real no Sonesta). A equipe do hotel foi extremamente comunicativa (agradecimentos especiais a Amy por lidar com tantas perguntas com tanta graça). A suíte maior era do tamanho perfeito para a noiva e seu grupo se arrumarem, as suítes menores eram um pouco desajeitadas e pequenas. O hotel lida com os fornecedores que entram e saem do hotel com facilidade. O bar era o lugar perfeito para sediar uma festa após as bebidas e eles ainda ficam abertos e horas extras para nós.

We stayed here for our January wedding and we had a room block. Our guests are still talking about how lovely their stay was at Sonesta! The staff (specifically Amy and Anna) were so professional, organized, kind, flexible, and detail oriented. Highly recommend for a wedding block, they were so easy to work with!

I had the pleasure of staying at the Sonesta. I had a room here for my friend's wedding. The accommodations were excellent. The rooms were easy to find, the rooms were extremely clean and organized, plenty of towels in the bathroom. The parking at the Sonesta was also very convenient and reasonable price for overnight. I hope that I get to stay here again in the future!!

My wife and I used the Sonesta in White Plains as our hotel both for ourselves and our guests, we also hosted after drinks at the hotel bar and a brunch at the hotel breakfast (we did not have the actual wedding at Sonesta). The staff at the hotel were extremely communicative (special thanks to Amy for handling so many questions with so much grace). The largest suite was the perfect size for the bride and her group to get ready, the smaller suites were a little bit awkwardly laid out and small. The hotel handle the vendors coming in and out of the hotel with ease. The bar was the perfect place to host an after drinks celebration and they even stay open and extra hour for us.

Sonesta foi o local para a nossa cerimônia de casamento e recepção. Eles também hospedaram nosso bloco de quartos. Trabalhei principalmente com James na coordenação do casamento e Bangu na coordenação do bloco de quartos. Meu marido e eu, juntamente com muitos membros da família e amigos, ficamos no hotel também. Não posso dizer o suficiente sobre este local e como ficamos incrivelmente felizes com o serviço deles. Do início ao fim, eles foram extremamente úteis, flexíveis e fáceis de trabalhar. A comida era fenomenal, e nossos convidados ficaram extremamente satisfeitos com tudo o que foi fornecido! A equipe foi extremamente atenciosa com todos os nossos hóspedes também. Altamente recomendado!

Sonesta was the venue for our wedding ceremony and reception. They also hosted our room block as well. I worked primarily with James for wedding coordination and Bangu for the room block coordination. My husband and I along with many family members and friends stayed at the hotel as well. I cannot say enough about this venue and how incredibly happy we were with their service. From start to finish, they were extremely helpful, flexible and easy to work with. The food was phenomenal, and our guests were extremely pleased with everything provided! The staff was extremely accommodating to all of our guests as well. Highly recommend!

La mejor experiencia en nu hotel tiene de todo comida..bar y la piscina de genial, el servicio exelente y la habitación cómoda y limpia exelente lugar....vale la pena cada centavo invertido en este lugar...además está muy cerca de todas las tienda y tiene transporte.....I love it!!!! ❤❤

Hotel Ok con una ubicación sólo útil para aquellos que deban realizar actividad por la zona. Personal muy amable. Muy buen desayuno. Hubo un solo inconveniente y fue que de 3 paquetes que ďebian llegar por compras de Internet, sólo aparecieron 2, y sólo bajo presión y advertir que haría una denuncia al día siguiente apareció. No sé qué pasó. Pero el carrier en su web page informaba que el paquete había sido entregado (incluido el.nombre de la persona del hotel que lo recibió) pero en el hotel no estaba. Excelente experiencia en este Hotel 5 estrellas, muy bien ubicado entre 2 Mall o Centros Comerciales, varios restaurantes cerca y de facil acceso, las habitaciones son amplias, comodas y limpias, tiene cafetera de cartucho, con diferentes tipos de cafe, baños amplios y muy limpios, ademas la habitacion tenia closet con mesa de planchar y su respectiva plancha. Servicios muy buenos, el desayuno es un poco caro pero una gran variedad de alimentos tipo Buffet.
