Estive em muitas árvores duplas e esta realmente foi decepcionante. O hotel parecia um pouco antiquado. Mas o pior é que chegamos tarde, depois de uma longa viagem de NY, eu estava deitado ao lado do meu filho quando perguntei por que seus pés fediam e que ele cheirava a suor. Ele pensou que eu estava brincando, então fomos dormir depois do banho. No meio da noite, continuei sentindo o cheiro de suor e pés sujos. Agora não poderia ser ele. Depois de pular da cama em pânico, percebi que deitamos em uma cama suja. Os pés do meu filho nunca cheiram mal e ele é um germafobe. Chuveiros 3 vezes ao dia. Alguém antes de nós alugou o quarto e deitou na cama suja e suada. Isso é inaceitável! Estamos livres da infecção covid desde o início da pandemia. Agora estou muito preocupado que possamos ter sido infectados por um hotel irresponsável e pouco profissional. Eles claramente não seguem o protocolo de segurança. FIQUE LONGE, sua vida pode estar em risco. Manterá vocês atualizados com os resultados dos nossos testes cobiçosos.

Have been in many double trees and this one realy was dissapointing. The hotel felt a little out dated. But the worst was that we checked in late after a long drive from ny, i was laying next to my son when i asked him why his feet stunk, and that he smelled like sweat? He thought i was joking so we went to sleep after showering. In the middle of the night i kept smelling the sweat and dirty feet. Now it could’nt be him. After jumping out of bed freaking out i relized we laid in a dirty bed. My sons feet never stinks and hes a germafobe. Showers 3 times a day. Someone before us rented the room and laid on the bed dirty and sweaty. This is unexceptable! We have been free of covid infection since the pandemic started. Now im worried sick we might have been infected do to a inrespossible, unprofessional hotel. They are clearly not follwing safty protocol. Please STAY AWAY your life might be at risk. Will keep you guys updated with our covid test results.

Ficamos muito satisfeitos com a nossa estadia no Double Tree by Hilton Boston quando estávamos na cidade para um casamento. Reservamos uma Suíte de Tamanho Amplo com varanda. A sala me deu espaço para nossa família se reunir e jogar um ou dois jogos de euchre. A sala de ginástica é muito agradável e nós até gostamos de fazer exercício na piscina. Também utilizamos os dois pátios. Nós estivemos lá quatro noites, então era importante que tivéssemos um lugar agradável para ficar.

If you have special dietary needs for diabetes, perhaps another hotel would be a better bet. If you've stayed at other Hilton properties and expect to find a Keurig coffeemaker in your room, you'll not find it here. And if you want to find a microwave in your room, best check in at the Hampton Inn.

We were very pleased with our stay at Double Tree by Hilton Boston when we were in town for a wedding. We reserved a Kind Size Suite with a balcony. The room gave me the space for our family to gather and play a game or two of euchre. The workout room is very nice and we even enjoyed exercising in the pool. We also made use of both courtyards. We were there four nights, so it was important we had a pleasant place to stay.

Eu sei que este não é um hotel caro, mas ... ainda. A manutenção do prédio poderia ser melhor. Meu quarto tinha um cheiro estranho, mas poderia ser algum tipo de desinfetante que eles usaram. Havia mofo e poeira ao redor do ar condicionado, poeira ao redor da TV, cabelo (parecia cabelo de animal de estimação) na cadeira estofada e a banheira estava suja. A cama era muito acidentada e com os lençóis mais encardidos que eu já vi. O colchão estava limpo, mas havia tanto cabelo na cama que eu sabia que os lençóis não estavam limpos. Vou dar notas altas para a recepção que foi muito amável, pedi desculpas quando liguei sobre folhas. Eles se ofereceram para me mudar para outro quarto, mas era tarde e eu só queria lençóis novos, que eles forneceram imediatamente. Os lençóis pareciam novos. De manhã, acordamos com formigas rastejando pela sala! Não vamos estar de volta, mas obrigado novamente recepção eles ajudaram minha filha com algumas coisas na parte da manhã e continuaram a se desculpar em nosso caminho.

I know this is not a high priced hotel but....still. Maintenance of the building could be better. My room had a strange smell but it might of been some sort of disinfectant they used. There was mold and dust around the air conditioner, dust around the TV, hair (looked like pet hair) on the upholstered chair and the tub was dirty. The bed was made very bumpy and with the most dingy sheets I've ever seen. The mattress was clean but there was so much hair in the bed I knew the sheets were not clean. I will give high marks to the front desk that was very accomodating, apologized when I called regarding sheets. They offered to move me to another room but it was late and I just wanted new sheets which they supplied right away. The sheets looked brand new. In the morning we woke up to ants crawling around the room! We won't be back but thank you again front desk they helped my daughter out with a few things in the morning and continued to apologize on our way out.

Truly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Terrible service and dirty hotel. I stayed for seven nights for a long work trip. They say you now must ask to have your room cleaned each day. They don’t make that clear anywhere either. When I saw my room wasn’t cleaned the first day I asked them to ensure it be cleaned every day going forward. The person at the front desk said “no problem” and said he put me down for daily cleaning. Second day still not cleaned. I called the front desk again and they said cleaning crew would get it the next day. Same pattern day after day. I kept calling to complain, and they would have some lame excuse every time. Half the time they would tell me I have to request it even though I had already requested it multiple times. I wouldn’t have anywhere to put the dirty towels that kept piling up, so would throw them out in the hallway. I had to keep asking for towels too since they wouldn’t clean the room. Ultimately they only cleaned my room one time the entire time I was there. I asked to speak with the manager twice, but never got any call backs. This was maddening and inexcusable. The hotel staff here aren’t doing their jobs and don’t deserve your business.

Clean rooms, great prices and the staff was super nice. I love the fact that the sticker rips when you open the door so you know it hasn't been used. 👍🏾👍🏾

O quarto parece limpo, mas tem um cheiro estranho, mas isso é bom para mim. A única coisa que me preocupa é a água da torneira ter uma cor marrom / amarela. 1 recepcionista da recepção não parece feliz em trabalhar aqui, não sei por quê 🤷‍♀️. No geral, tudo parece ok, não tão bom quanto outras árvores duplas que já fiquei antes Editado: sem água quente e a água cheira a esgoto, então eu deixo cair de 3 para 1 estrela

The room looks clean but have some weird smell but that's fine for me. The only thing I concern about is the faucet water has brown/yellow color. 1 front desk receptionist seem not happy to work here though, don't know why 🤷‍♀️. Overall, everything seem ok, not as good as other double trees I've stayed before Edited: no hot water and the water smells like sewer water so I drop it from 3 to 1 star
