“Upon checking in the front desk was super nice. As always the cookies are a great treat! The rooms are slightly outdated, and need to be remodeled. A yellow hue tinted the ceiling, the shower area had major caulking issues, and all of the pillows were soft. If you are a morning person, don't awake before 6:30am as the only coffee available is in the room or away from the hotel. The coffee area downstairs barely gets up and running at 6:30, and from my experience those individuals manning it are not morning people. The hotel is overpriced and the restaurants are overpriced as well. No breakfast buffet, but you can order from the menu, eggs, limp bacon, and tepid potatoes will run you $50 for 2 orders. In general the staff is friendly enough, but I much rather would have stayed somewhere else.”

“Spacious, roomy, very dated and a little filthy if you look just a bit further than the surface. This place just screams that late 90s, early 2000s Silicon Valley vibe. You know, those colors that looked dated from the get-go, old carpets, dropped ceiling tiles. Which brings me to the filthy aspect: if you look a little further in your room, stuff you won't immediately get to or touch is dusty and/or sticky. Those ceiling tiles, look up in the areas where they have them and amazed yourself about the brown leak stains. Air exhaust filters caked with dust. Sure, the floors are reasonably clean, but look further and you can tell this place never gets a deep clean. Pros: everything is big. So as a con, prepare for a trek every time you go from your room to the exhibition/conference areas. Beds are fairly comfortable. Carpets in hallways (floor 3) have bleach stains.”
