“We just got back from a 7 day vacation at Dreams Sands. We had a party of 13 and everything was great. The only small complaint I would have would be that the walls are thin at the hotel and if the party next to you is loud you will need earplugs to sleep. Otherwise we all agreed that we would definitely go back again and already talking about a Christmas trip. A couple employees that made our stay awesome are Andres who was our waiter on the beach. He was always attentive and kept our drinks coming. We couldn't have asked for a better server and hope to see him on our next visit. Another was Eduardo (pool concierge). He greeted us every morning to make sure everything was great and if we needed anything. He helped us out with our reservations and any room issues. These two guys were exceptional! Thank you and we will hopefully see you again soon!”

“Extremely friendly staff m, awesome service, super clean and entertainment all day, very good location. Did not want to go out of the hotel to explore because there was so much to do in the hotel itself. The vibe is amazing. Family crowd. Food was good in all restaurants. All inclusive was amazing. Must stay place in cancun. Once again, amazing staff and best service was provided”
