“Can hear everything around me. (the road, the caridoor, the beeps in the elevator, chats) 4 pillows and not one I can sleep on. All thin and deflated. The AC control doesn't have (On). Only off and auto. Which is BS. No way on earth you can set the water temperature in the shower to your liking before getting wet. Nothing in this hotel is designed for the comfort of the customer but the comfort of the owner. The swimming pool is tiny, and there's no hot tub. Whoever checked me in wasn't customer friendly face. This hotel isn't for me.”

“All the reviews said it was super clean so I booked it, the hotel looks nice and clean and all but when we got into our room immediately we found the sofa was full of animal hair and with some pet toy laying on the floor. the bed sheet had some dead skin piece. it was quite gross. luckily we only had to stay one night.”
