“The incredible remodel brought this hotel to a beautiful place between original old world charm seen in the woodwork/fixtures/ceilings and new/tech as experienced in the rooms and the fitness center. The rooms were well appointed and laid out, perfectly clean. I never heard any noise while in my room. The staff were friendly and available. As someone who works out at hotels the fitness room is the absolute best I've ever experienced with an incredible array of quality equipment. The bar/restaurant is classy and a great place to get a drink, we did not eat dinner so cannot speak to the food. Like most places the hotel suffers from equipment and staffing issues in the post-covid world. Only one elevator works and room service is not available - small potatoes overall, until there are big crowds and the elevator issue gets real. Hoping they can take care of that soon. Love it!”
