“Front desk folks are very nice and very accommodating. Rooms are quite nice but unfortunately the beds are way too soft. Water pressure in shower is very good. There is a restaurant that has breakfast and dinner (no lunch) but the breakfast buffet is $14.95 per person and if you just want pancakes, you're talking $10 so it's better to go down the road. There are a few tables outside to just sit and visit should you have time.”

“1) very strong smoke smell when I just opened the door. But The room actually is non smoking room! 2) duplicate charge for pet fee. Called them asking for refund and they never pay me back! We booked 2 rooms for 2nights on November 2021. The policy says each pet is $25 per night. We only have one dog stayed in one room so it’s $50, but they changed me extra $25 for no reason . So I eventually paid $75 for pet fee. I didn’t realized that until I saw the credit card statement. Called them and the person said they can refund me on the credit card. Now it is 7 months after, no one contact me and no refund to my account. The nonsmoking room has super strong smoke smell and when I stepped in the window is opened ac is on fan is on. It literally just like someone just smoked In the room one minute ago and left. Front desk lady changed the room for me with no problem. But I think it should not happened like this if it is NON SMOKING ROOM.”
