“Eu e minha família pedimos uma suíte para uma noite e o quarto que nos foi dado era tudo menos uma suíte. Por 400 dólares por noite, alguém esperaria um quarto maior. Houve construção sem parar durante toda a manhã e fomos colocados em uma sala de frente para a rua. Imediatamente na manhã seguinte, fomos expulsos da sala sem nenhuma decência comum e fomos rejeitados por um check-out tardio pela equipe de mau gosto. Precisávamos fazer um check-out tardio por motivos pessoais e, quando tentamos argumentar com eles, fomos obrigados a sair com força. Após horas de deliberação, teríamos que pagar 400 dólares adicionais por uma extensão de estadia adicional de 6 horas. Quando minha família foi expulsa, eles não pegaram as coisas do cofre e eu não tive permissão para pegar as coisas do cofre. Eu mesmo tive que subir com a faxineira para retirá-lo. Saímos então e descobrimos que nos cobraram outros 100 dólares depois do fato! Muito rude e não entender a equipe devido às nossas circunstâncias. “Me and my family ordered a suite for one night and the room given to us was anything but a suite. For 400 dollars a night someone would expect a larger room. There was non stop construction all morning and we were placed in a room facing the street. Immediately the following morning we were thrown out of the room with no common decency and were rejected a late checkout by the distasteful staff. We needed to do a late checkout due to personal reasons and when we tried to reason with them we were ordered to leave with force. After hours of deliberation we would have to pay an additional 400 dollars for an additional 6 hour stay extension. When my family was kicked out, they didn’t get the stuff from the safe and I wasn’t allowed to get the the things in the safe. I had to go up myself with cleaning lady to take it out We then left and then discovered they charged us another 100 dollars after the fact! Very rude and not understanding staff due to our circumstances. They wanted to charge 400 dollars for a late check out. The manager LISA was leading by example. I would stay away from this particular hotel.”
