“Bonitas habitaciones, camas cómodas, pero cuando reservé la habitación, pagué por el "paquete romántico", el vino de fresas cubiertas de chocolate y las rosas estaban esperando en nuestra habitación en la cama, también servicio de desayuno en la habitación y salida tardía. Cuando mi esposa y yo llegamos, no había tal cosa como un paquete romántico... no recibimos ninguno de los extras que había esperado... no había servicio de habitaciones, había vino disponible en el vestíbulo y las mucamas golpeaban nuestra puerta todos los días. hora como la policía! Nuestra noche y mañana romántica y tranquila fue una decepción. Tenemos 5 niños y teníamos muchas ganas de pasar una mañana tranquila durmiendo, pero no sucedió gracias a las camareras. Probablemente no vuelva a visitar este hotel.”

“Nice rooms comfortable beds but when I reserved the room I paid for the "romance package" chocolate covered strawberries wine and roses were to be waiting in our room on the bed also breakfast room service and a late check out. When my wife and I arrived there was no such thing as a romance package... we did not get any of the extras I had hoped for.. no room service there was wine available in the lobby and the maids pounded on our door every hour like the police! Our quiet romantic evening and morning was a let down. We have 5 kids and was really looking forward to a quiet morning sleeping in but it didn't happen thanks to the maids.. probably won't visit this hotel again.”
