Pillowcases were full of blonde hair. Had to ask for new sheets. Kitchen was closed so no hot breakfast. Only plus was the location and the very nice staff.

O hotel era muito limpo e silencioso. Para ser honesto, estava quase limpo demais. O desinfetante que espalharam pelo hotel tinha um odor forte, mas passou rapidamente. Achei a cama do meu quarto muito confortável, mas vários outros em nosso grupo de viagem disseram que sua cama era difícil. Portanto, espero que este hotel não tenha as mesmas camas em todo o hotel.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. To be honest it was almost too clean. The disinfectant they were spraying around the hotel had a strong odor but it wore off pretty quickly. I found the bed in my room to be very comfortable but several others in our travelling group said their bed was hard. So I expect that this hotel doesn't have the same beds throughout the hotel.

Não- repito, não fique aqui! O atendimento ao cliente é horrível; os quartos são desagradáveis. MOLDE NOS CHUVEIROS, eles têm poucos funcionários, então os quartos não estão sendo limpos adequadamente. Eu fiz o check-in @ 3 pm quarto não estava pronto até 19:30 devido a ser curto no departamento de limpeza. A gerente Ana era muito pouco profissional. Ela não queria se responsabilizar pelo inconveniente, e só me ofereceram café da manhã de cortesia pelo inconveniente. Evite a dor de cabeça, fique em outro lugar, não ignore os comentários como eu fiz :( oh, esqueci de dizer, eles cobraram mais do meu cartão de crédito $ 350, afirmando que no fechamento da noite o sistema automaticamente refaz o cartão ; demorei 5 dias para conseguir meu dinheiro de volta. ... Se você decidir ficar aqui, não posso dizer que não foi avisado

No- repito, no te quedes aquí! El servicio al cliente es horrible; las habitaciones son desagradables. MOHO EN LAS DUCHAS, tienen poco personal, por lo que las habitaciones no se limpian adecuadamente. Me registré a las 3 pm, la habitación no estaba lista hasta las 7:30 pm debido a que el departamento de limpieza era corto. La gerente Ana fue muy poco profesional. Ella no quería responsabilizarse en absoluto por las molestias, y solo me ofrecieron un desayuno de cortesía por las molestias. Ahórrese el dolor de cabeza, quédese en otro lugar, no ignore las reseñas como lo hice yo :( oh, me olvidé de decirle que cobraron en exceso a mi tarjeta de crédito $ 350, indicando que al cierre de la noche el sistema vuelve a ejecutar automáticamente la tarjeta de crédito ; me tomó 5 días recuperar mi dinero ... Si decide quedarse aquí, no puedo decir que no fue advertido

Do Not- I repeat, do not stay here! The customer service is horrible; the rooms are nasty. MOLD IN the SHOWERS, they are short-staffed, so rooms are not getting cleaned properly. I checked in @ 3 pm room wasn't ready until 7:30 pm due to being short within the housekeeping dept. Manager Ana was very unprofessional. She didn't want to take accountability for the inconvenience at all, and I was only offered complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience. Save yourself the headache, stay elsewhere, Don't ignore the reviews like I did :( oh, I forgot to tell you, they overcharged my credit card $350, stating at the closing of the night the system automatically re-run the credit card; it took 5days to get my money back. ... If you decide to stay here, can't say you weren't warned

Hilton hotel is always good, but some of the people work there I do not like, because I ask house keeping I need more towel and don't speak English and walk off. 😒😔 You guy's need to have people work there have to speak English .

Cancele e reserve outro hotel. Não fique aqui. Não está de acordo com o que você espera de um Hilton. Se você está aqui por um quarto e um quarto sozinho, você ficará bem. A equipe é agradável, mas eles parecem não ter liderança. Café da manhã e jantar são basicamente inexistentes. Eles devem apenas removê-lo da lista. O café está frio. Você precisará dirigir para encontrar isso. Motivos não são mantidos. O bar é outro problema. Parece que têm um bar cheio, mas não há realmente nada lá. Algumas meias garrafas de vinho e duas garrafas de destilados. As duas TVs do bar estão com antena. Não é um prato, antena. Eles obtêm cerca de 8 canais. Portanto, se você está procurando apenas um lugar para dormir, está pronto, mas há lugares mais econômicos. Não vá aqui esperando uma experiência do Hilton, você não vai encontrar. As fotos foram tiradas às 6 da manhã. Nenhum sinal de café da manhã na quarta-feira.

Cancelar y reservar otro hotel. No te quedes aquí. No está en línea con lo que esperas de un Hilton. Si está aquí por una habitación y una habitación solo, estará bien. El personal es agradable, pero parece que les falta liderazgo. El desayuno y la cena son básicamente inexistentes. Deberían eliminarlo de la lista. El café está frío. Tendrá que conducir para encontrarlo. Los terrenos no se mantienen. La barra es otro problema. Parece que tienen un bar completo, pero realmente no hay nada allí. Unas medias botellas de vino y un par de botellas de licor. Los dos televisores del bar están en antena. No es un plato, una antena. Obtienen unos 8 canales. Entonces, si está buscando solo un lugar para dormir, está listo, pero hay lugares más rentables. No vaya aquí esperando una experiencia Hilton, no la encontrará. Las fotos se tomaron a las 6 am. No hay señales de desayuno un miércoles.

Cancel and book another hotel. Do not stay here. It is not in line whit what you expect from a Hilton. If you are here for a room and a room alone you will be fine. Staff is pleasent but they seem to lack leader ship. Breakfast and dinner are basically non existant. They should just remove it from the listing. Coffee is cold. You will need to drive to find that. Grounds are not kept. The bar is another issue. They look like they have a full bar but there is really nothing there. A few half bottles of wine and a couple bottles of spirits. The two TV at the bar are on antenna. Not a dish, antenna. They get about 8 channels. So if you are looking for only a place to sleep, you are set, but there are more cost effective places. Do not go here expecting a Hilton experience, you will not find it. Pictures were taken at 6 am. No sign of breakfast on a Wednesday.
