“The front fest guy was overly loud and brown nosing. The pool was disgusting and a disgrace for the Hilton brand. The guest were allowed to have their pizza box dang near floating in the whirlpool. Those same guest were in the pool and whirlpool with regular tennis shoes on and staff was serving them, noticing it! I was the only person with a mask on and Florida residents have one of the highest cases of Covid19 in the country! The room wasn’t as clean as overtly expressed! Hilton has really lost its touch with modernization, cleanliness perception, and representation! I truly expected better as I’ve ALWAYS bragged and prided being a HH member!”

“Check in started nice with Ashley and I was hoping for a great stay. This was my 10th or so stay at this hotel.Now the breakfast was overpriced and I paid a lot even with myway diamond discount. The breakfast staff was rude to my wife and even ignored and I do believe because she is Mexican and doesn’t speak English very well.The jets in the Jacuzzi don’t work so it does feel gross when other people enter. Twice they ran out of clean towel (I don’t use housekeeping since COVID. All I ask for clean towels daily.They don’t offer free razor or toothbrushes only toothpaste (I need them to get me through the night since we left them at the hotel in Tampa) so after 8 years of coming to this hotel this is my last stay.PS the GM and AGM are aware of my issues and refuses to help. That includes $150 charge on damage linen that they (Ana) said would email the “evidence” but it is 5 days after I left and nothing to support the charge.”
