“Feb 14th 2023. Came to find all the equipment is working. Pool is open as well. This helps when we come back to rest. Thanks!!! Jan 31st 2023. Staff is friendly and rooms are ok. The biggest issue is the fitness center and pool. Only one treadmill works. Another treadmill and an elliptical are down (this was reported last week to the management and they were not repaired) there’s a Peloton bike that requires special shoes so if you don’t have them you will struggle. AC doesn’t work at the fitness center and pool has been down for 2 weeks (saving energy..?) so if you want to exercise after a long day this is not the hotel…”

“Had two rooms rented, first. Got a call on the room phone wanting to know if I was having a late check out, then they realized my name. Should've already had that info. Second, letting one room go, we kept the second and was extending it based on the reason we were there. Was contacted on my cell phone letting me know I needed to clear my room out, even though it was extended to the next day. I was told they were completely booked and even if I wanted to extend that room was taken. I called back for the manager but after a few minutes was told they were unavailable and would be for awhile. I then asked for the General Manager and was told the manager on duty was all there was. I offered to come sit at the hotel and wait and we could call the general manager together. On my way from the hospital to take care of their mess up I was notified that some "rearranging " had been done and I was taken care of. This is unacceptable. I do not recommend an extended stay here because apparently they have an organized system to take care of such needs. Carpet in the rooms are stained. The buffet that you have to pay for isn't worth an eyeroll. We only stay at Hilton Hotels but I will stay at a Motel 6 before I stay here again. I'd give it zero stars if I could just for causing the chaos and drama while I was dealing with a medical emergency.”
