We made our reservation on a Tuesday night, for that night, on the way there. Our reservation was confirmed by text message after calling their general reservation line. We found on the website that 2 king standard rooms were available, and we wanted 1 of them. We got thru our booking, for a king room, and 30 mins later when we got there, the receptionist stated they unfortunately didn't have one for us. We were going to go somewhere else for a king. However, the receptionist went above and beyond to get us a king bedroom (they had some that were "out of service" due to construction happening on a lower level as they're turning this into a HI Express). The receptionist physically went to make sure the room was cleaned and ready for us, and it was an upgraded room that we did not get charged extra for. She was very apologetic for the issue. The room itself was clean, but a little out of repair - although everything did work properly and we had no issues. I'm assuming they're upgrading everything soon. Things are a little dated and worn, but seemed clean. Breakfast was as expected. They didn't have any oatmeal, but when i asked for some, one of the employees ran to the store across the street so they could provide some to me. The general manager Diane was very friendly and I trust that if we stay again she will do everything she can to ensure we have a satisfactory stay. The building itself however does need a little work, which I believe it's scheduled to have done.

Fui fazer o check-in, eles me deram o número do quarto. 1 star is a over rate but it won't let me give 0 stars. First hotel I've stayed at that didn't have hot water. Called the desk and the admit to water heater issues.Thanks Becky I don't need a shower. They should inform the guest upon arrival. Then this morning husband had to get blood work so we walked thru the "breakfast" area looks ok. Had chocolate milk, orange juice and all breakfast items.Come back after husband gets blood done and imagine that no chocolate milk, no orange juice,and food was hard and disgusting 😑.Well guess McDonald's it is. I have stayed here before but this is the last time I'll be spending my money on this hotel. Get it together!!

I went to check in, they gave me a room number. I went to my room and it was half cleaned, I had clean towels but my bed sheets were laying on the couch and the trash cans were full of garbage. I went back doen to the front desk and they said they had no clean rooms. They could not get a hold of anybody, I stated I wanted a refund and they told me to get a hold of the manager. Well see when she gets back to me and if I get my money. But I would not recommend anybody stay their.

Heather and Isaiah at the front desk made my stay all the more enjoyable. Even though remodel is happening the rooms are nice and I slept well and undisturbed. I would stay here again. Shower was hot and great pressure. Housekeeping does a great job and the room looked great when I arrived.

Awesome experience! How to find a place to have my son‘s birthday party the day before his birthday party! I had a cancellation at my first place I had set for the party and I had to find something fast. They accommodated me wonderfully! I got the suite for the night for $159. There was a huge delicious breakfast spread the next morning! We had fun swimming in the pool and Jacuzzi. They are doing some updates and I hear they’re updating the pool which definitely needs it because there were some issues with the pool area that I wasn’t too happy about by it not their fault. Can’t wait to see what it turns out like when they’re done updating everything! Heather was really great accommodating me great service loved it!

Room was great but I ddnt like the handicapped shower. People also very nice-one young lady went above and beyond when I checked out labor day-she filled a baggie with ise but had to go to another floor to do so. Sorry I ddnt get her name handicapped shower.

Property is very dated. Parking lot is in rough shape and the majority of the lights in the parking lot were not working.

Bedding was comfortable. We got a last minute low price. There was a smell, possibly staleness. The staff was cordial, not overly friendly. We checked in to room 205, washed hands, used toilet. Both were clogged. Moved to 215, slow sink drain, stale smell. Flooring didn't feel clean.
