“Hotel is convenient for shops and rooms are comfortable and clean. Roof pool is fabulous. However the parking is not designed well at all and the spacesare narrow. The one major issue I had is the vending machines on each floor. Half of them were out of order and some of the ones that were operating didn’t work properly either. Some weren’t operating at all they were just turned off. I purchased a drink that was priced at $1.25. I put in one dollar and a quarter and the machine didn’t register the money. I pressed a button that was supposed to return the money in coins and it only gave me 90 cents. So I didn’t get 35 cents that I should’ve rightfully got handed back.”

“Room was average. Beds where small. Bathroom was not average. Had mini fridge and safe. Hotel looked nicer on outside then it was inside. Rooftop pool was not amazing, just felt like a poorly invested backyard pool. Parking structure was extremely tight quarters. 3-6 point turns required in most spots. Surrounding area had multiple incidents of violence and at least one homeless man digging through trash outside. Location was excellent for walking to tourist spots but a mile+ after walking the mall all day isnt for everyone. Staff was amazing though. Nice polite and helpful. Wouldn't stay here again but not unhappy I did. More disappointed I didn't find better.”
