“This is my true advise for all the customers who going to hunting island! This hotel make up fake invoice to charge me!!!! Yes, I have discussed this issue with the hotel since August 2020, but the hotel manager keeps lying to me. they said they will refund me since I did not stay there( went to the room with door lock broken, did not enter the room, they offered me a room I did not want, so we left and confirmed we won't be charged), they did not refund, and did not take my calls. the I disputed from credit card, the hotel send them a fake invoice stated I stayed there that night. and declined my dispute, now they keep saying I can dispute again from credit card company, but actually credit company unable to do that without any prove of not staying there . the hotel refuse to provide me a statement of me not staying there and the truth of their mistake. now the case is, they just don't want refund me. and this is the hotel I will never stay, I will keeping complain to IHG or Holiday Inn headquarter, even through it's just $128 and even through I might still unable to get my money back! Just do not book this hotel!”
