Expulsados de la habitación debido a "overbooking", luego querían que tomáramos una habitación con una cama más pequeña a un precio más alto en otro hotel, el microondas que solicitamos no estaba en la habitación y el desayuno que obtuvimos como parte del la habitación no estaba incluida cuando nos botaron en otro lugar, Y PAGAMOS EL DESAYUNO, UNA CAMA KING, MICROONDAS y todo lo que recibimos es un encogimiento de hombros y un perdón. Nunca más nos quedaremos allí y nunca recomendaremos este lugar a nadie. Servicio al cliente extremadamente pobre y tratamos con varias personas, por lo que nadie tiene la culpa.

Booted out of room because of "overbooking" then they wanted us to take a room with a smaller bed at a higher price at another hotel, the microwave we requested wasn't in the room and the breakfast that we got as a part of the room wasn't included when we we got booted at a another place, AND WE PAID FOR THE BREAKFAST, A KING SIZE BED, MICROWAVE and all we get is a shrug and a sorry. Never again will we stay there and will never recommend this place to anyone. Extremely poor customer service and we dealt with several people so just not one person is to blame.

Nuestra experiencia fue tan mala que no volveremos a esta propiedad en el corto plazo. Nos encanta ir a Shenandoah y este lugar ha sido nuestro destino cuando queremos pasar la noche cerca del parque. Nuestra última estancia fue muy mala. La habitación estaba sucia en general, el techo del baño estaba mohoso y la cama y el colchón estaban en malas condiciones. Además, el aire acondicionado era muy ruidoso y nos despertó varias veces durante la noche. Evite este lugar, no desperdicie su dinero.

Eu tive uma excelente estadia aqui e a equipe foi maravilhosa. Tudo começou um pouco instável quando fiz o check-in e meu quarto ainda não tinha sido limpo. Sempre que eu informava a recepção, ele mudava meu quarto para uma suíte executiva e me dava um voucher de café da manhã grátis. Isso é o que chamo de serviço!

Nossa experiência foi ruim o suficiente para não voltarmos a esta propriedade tão cedo. Nós amamos ir para Shenandoah e este lugar tem sido nosso ir quando queremos passar a noite perto do parque. Nossa última estadia foi muito ruim. O quarto estava sujo em geral, o teto do banheiro estava com bolor e a cama e o colchão estavam em más condições. Além disso, o AC era muito alto e nos acordou várias vezes durante a noite. Por favor, evite este lugar, não desperdice seu dinheiro.

Tuve una excelente estadía aquí y el personal fue maravilloso. Comenzó un poco inestable cuando me registré y mi habitación aún no había sido limpiada. Cada vez que le avisaba a la recepción, cambiaba mi habitación a una suite de negocios y me daba un cupón de desayuno gratis. ¡Eso es lo que yo llamo servicio!

I had an excellent stay here and the staff was wonderful. It started off a little shaky when I checked in and my room hadn't been cleaned yet. Whenever I let the front desk know, he upgraded my room to a business suite and gave me a free breakfast voucher. That's what I call service!

Our experience was bad enough that we won’t be coming back to this property any time soon. We love going to Shenandoah and this place has been our go to when we want to spend the night close to the park. Our last stay was very bad. The room was overall dirty, the bathroom ceiling was moldy and the bed and mattress were in poor condition. Also, the AC was very loud and woke us up several time during the night. Please avoid this place, don’t waste your money.

O quarto era bom, pequeno, mas bom. A recepção foi menos do que um bom atendimento ao cliente. Não há café da manhã de cortesia. Eu acho que o Holiday Inn Express é o único que pode oferecer isso, embora o preço do Express que ficamos na noite anterior fosse cerca de US $ 50 a menos por noite. O Reaturant anexo tinha cerca de 5 opções de jantar e esse era o menu inteiro! E o bife era literalmente a fatia mais fina de bife (o bife de Salisbury teria sido mais grosso) e eles cobram $ 31 pela refeição muito triste! No geral, estava bom, apenas a personalidade e as amenidades não justificavam o preço ser mais do que a maioria na área.

A equipe foi muito simpática e acolhedora! Meu quarto não tinha micro-ondas, mas eles trouxeram um rapidamente para o meu quarto! A limpeza deste hotel é impecável !!!! Eu luvas brancas o quarto de cima para baixo, incluindo tv e molduras .... NÃO UMA especificação de poeira! As toalhas foram lindamente exibidas e o quarto era muito bem equipado. Não consegui encontrar uma coisa negativa sobre este hotel! Absolutamente equipe incrível e eles apenas têm a melhor equipe de manutenção de casa no planeta !!!! 100 estrelas !!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Os prós- A localização é tranquila, próximo a um campo de golfe. Tem uma banheira de hidromassagem e piscina. Os quartos eram limpos e cheiravam bem. Os contras- Pessoal não muito amigável. Trabalho com hospitalidade há muitos anos e você deve sempre se envolver com seus convidados. Isso não aconteceu. O Houlihan's fica ao lado, que tem um menu de 3 itens devido a um novo gerente de cozinha que nos foi dito. Além disso, eles estavam fechados para o café da manhã. A recepção nos informou que este hotel não é afiliado a eles, mas eu realmente acredito que por US $ 400+ por duas noites, deve haver pelo menos algum tipo de café da manhã e creme de café. Especialmente porque o Houlihan's não é confiável para nenhum serviço de alimentação no momento. No geral, gostaria que valesse mais a pena pelo dinheiro, acabamos gastando mais tendo que pegar um táxi para ir buscar comida. Los pros: la ubicación es tranquila, al lado de un campo de golf. Tiene bañera de hidromasaje y piscina. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y olían bien. Los contras: el personal no es demasiado amable. He trabajado en la hostelería durante muchos años y siempre debes interactuar con tus invitados. Eso no sucedió. Houlihan's está al lado, que tiene un menú de 3 elementos debido a un nuevo gerente de cocina, nos dijeron. Además, estaban cerrados para el desayuno. La recepción nos informó que este hotel no está afiliado con ellos, pero realmente creo que por $ 400 + por dos noches, al menos debería haber algún tipo de desayuno y crema de café. Especialmente dado que Houlihan's no es confiable para ningún servicio de comida en este momento. El personal fue muy amable y servicial. Mi habitación no tenía microondas, ¡pero rápidamente me trajeron uno a mi habitación! La limpieza de este hotel es impecable. Puse guantes blancos en la habitación de arriba a abajo, incluidos marcos de fotos y televisión ... ¡NINGUNA especificación de polvo! Ótimas acomodações! O quarto era adorável e as camas eram confortáveis. O quarto estava limpo. Participamos de um casamento aqui e o local foi ótimo, os funcionários foram prestativos e foi conveniente ter nosso quarto no mesmo local. O funcionário da recepção foi amável, mas não incrivelmente caloroso e acolhedor. Ela estava bem em deixar meu bebê brincar no lobby, o que foi muito apreciado! O bar e restaurante anexo parece um pouco insuficiente. Se foi ótimo que eles forneceram um buffet de café-da-manhã e até mesmo ficaram abertos até tarde para um casamento "after-party". A mulher que foi nossa servidora em ambos os eventos estava definitivamente fazendo malabarismos com muito trabalho, mas ela fez um bom trabalho, considerando tudo o que estava fazendo. Enfim, foi uma ótima estadia!

Teve uma ótima estadia. Localização perfeita, perto de várias lojas e a uma curta distância de carro da entrada do parque Shenandoah. O quarto com vista para o golfe que tínhamos era muito bom e limpo. A equipe é muito prestativa. Tivemos que cancelar uma estadia de 2 noites e remarcar para uma estadia de 1 noite, e a equipe foi boa o suficiente para atender ao pedido, mesmo em um prazo muito curto. No geral, certamente ficaria aqui novamente e recomendaria a outros.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating! My room didn’t come with a microwave but they very quickly brought one right up to my room ! The cleanliness in this hotel is impeccable!!!! I white gloves the room top to bottom including tv and picture frames .... NOT ONE spec of dust ! The towels were beautifully displayed and the room was very well equipped. I could not find one negative thing about this hotel ! Absolutely amazing staff and they just have the best house keeping staff on the planet !!!! 100 stars !!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The room was fine, small, but fine. The front desk was less than good customer service. No complimentary breakfast. I guess Holiday Inn Express are the only one who can afford to offer that even though the price for the Express that we stayed at the night before was about $50 less per night. The attached Reaturant had about 5 dinner options and that was the entire menu! And the steak was litetally the thinnest slice of steak (Salisbury Steak would have been thicker) and they charges $31 for the very sad meal! Over all, it was fine, just the personality and amenities did not warrant the price being more than most in the area.

¡Excelentes alojamientos! La habitación era preciosa y las camas eran cómodas. La habitación estaba limpia. Asistimos a una boda aquí y el lugar fue excelente, el personal fue servicial y fue conveniente tener nuestra habitación en el mismo lugar. El empleado de recepción fue complaciente, pero no increíblemente cálido y acogedor. Ella estaba bien con dejar que mi hijo pequeño jugara en el vestíbulo, ¡lo cual fue muy apreciado! El bar y el restaurante adjuntos parecen un poco escasos de personal. Fue genial que proporcionaran un desayuno buffet e incluso permanecieran abiertos hasta tarde para una "fiesta posterior" a la boda. Tuve una gran estadía. Ubicación perfecta, cerca de una gran cantidad de tiendas y a una poca distancia en auto de la entrada del parque Shenandoah. La habitación con vistas al golf que teníamos era muy bonita y limpia. El personal es muy servicial. Tuvimos que cancelar una estancia de 2 noches y volver a reservar para una estancia de 1 noche y el personal fue lo suficientemente agradable para atender la solicitud incluso con muy poca antelación. En general, sin duda me alojaría aquí de nuevo y se lo recomendaría a otros.

The pros- The location is peaceful, next to a golf course. Has a hot tub and pool. Rooms were clean and smelled good. The cons- Staff not too friendly. I have worked in hospitality for many years, and you should always engage with your guests. That didn’t happen. Houlihan’s is next door, which has a 3 item menu due to a new kitchen manager we were told. Also, they were closed for breakfast. Front desk informed us that this hotel is not affiliated with them at all, but I truly believe for $400+ for two nights, there should at least be some type of breakfast and coffee creamer. Especially given that Houlihan’s is not dependable for any food services at this time. Overall, wish it would have felt more worth it for the money, we ended up spending more having to take a taxi to go get food. The whole reason why we thought this would be a good stay is the restaurant attached and were told there was breakfast we could at least get there, which turned out not to be the case.

Great accomodations! The room was lovely and the beds were comfortable. The room was clean. We attended a wedding here and the venue was great, the staff were helpful, and it was convenient to have our room in the same location. The front desk employee was accomodating, but not incredibly warm and welcoming. She was fine with letting my toddler play around in the lobby which was really appreciated! The bar and restaurant attached seems a little understaffed. If was great that they provided a breakfast buffet and even stayed open late for a wedding "after-party". The woman who was our server at both events was definitely juggling a lot of work, but she did a nice job considering all she was doing. All in all, it was a great stay!

Had a great stay. Perfect location, close to tons of shopping and a short drive to the Shenandoah park entrance. The golf view room that we had was really nice and clean. The staff is very helpful. We had to cancel a 2 night stay and rebook for a 1 night stay and the staff was nice enough to accommodate the request even at very short notice. Overall, would certainly stay here again and recommend it to others.
