“Stayed for a week and a half. Quiet, nice hotel. Will stay again. Cleanliness of room upon arrival was suitable. However, over the stay I noticed things that lead to a lower rating.”

“Os quartos não estavam limpos, encontrou papel higiênico, uma meia suja e um pedaço de um prato atrás do topo da cama !!. O café da manhã era medíocre para um Hotel Hilton. A piscina é uma piada. Os cobertores cheiram tão mal que tive de lavá-los eu mesma. Pedi um novo conjunto e estavam com manchas. totalmente horrível Tome cuidado!! Recebi cobrança duas vezes e ninguém conseguiu resolver o problema, tenho que disputar direto com meu banco. Mostre à gerente a prova de repetidas cobranças e ela ainda não sabia o que fazer.”
