Este Homewood Suites é agradável e tranquilo. O hotel está conectado ao Embassy Suites, outro hotel Hilton que é um pouco mais chique. Eles compartilham funcionários e alguns recursos, o que não é uma coisa ruim. Há muitos carrinhos para transportar a bagagem. A equipe se oferece para explicar as comodidades para que os hóspedes estejam bem informados. Nosso elevador quebrou durante a nossa estadia e eles consertaram em 12 horas. Os quartos têm um cofre no armário para objetos de valor. Há uma piscina interior e exterior. Eles têm uma sala de ginástica. Os quartos têm cozinha completa. Há um chuveiro, mas não há banheira, para sua informação. Os lençóis são ótimos e a equipe de limpeza é excelente e oportuna. Eles têm o típico café da manhã gratuito e têm um horário social das 17h às 19h durante a semana, onde têm lanches gratuitos como bolachas, queijo, vegetais e 2 bebidas alcoólicas gratuitas para adultos. No geral recomendo este hotel. Existem cerca de 7 restaurantes ao lado em uma praça que você pode caminhar. Uma desvantagem é que custa 7$ por noite para estacionamento.

This Homewood Suites is nice and quiet. The hotel is connected to the Embassy Suites, another Hilton hotel that's a bit more fancy. They share staff and some resources, which isn't a bad thing. There are plenty of carts to move luggage in. The staff offers to explain the amenities so that guests are well informed. Our elevator broke down during our stay and they fixed it within 12 hours. The rooms have a safe in the closet for valuables. There is both an indoor and outdoor pool. They have a workout room. The rooms have full kitchens. There is a shower but no bath tub, fyi. The linens are great and the cleaning staff is excellent and timely. They have the typical free breakfast, and they have a social hour time from 5-7pm during the week where they have free snacks like crackers, cheese, veggies, and 2 free alcoholic drinks for adults. Overall highly recommend this hotel. There are about 7 restaurants next door in a plaza that you can walk to. One downside is it costs 7$ a night for parking.

Nice hotel, clean, staff was helpful. Good breakfast options. Homewood Suites guest have access to Embassy Suites amenities. They also have a well stocked bar. Only negative thing about this hotel was below average mattress and pillows. They could stand to be upgraded.

Adoro ficar aqui. Esta foi a minha terceira vez, mas tenho feito a reserva por meio de um terceiro, então não obtive nenhum crédito ou pontos (terei que mudar na próxima vez). Tive um pequeno problema com o check-in, mas, novamente, passei por um terceiro não t ajudar. Mas no geral gostei da minha estadia e vou voltar. Embora não seja um fã da taxa de estacionamento noturno.

. Este hotel precisa de uma grande reforma. Os quartos são antigos e muito, muito empoeirados. Tapetes foram rasgados. As toalhas de banho eram menores do que a toalha de banho de tamanho médio e finas. A mobília é velha e as camas caíram. E agora eles cobram US $ 7 para estacionar lá. Não é o tipo de hotel onde o estacionamento deveria ter uma taxa.

Love staying here. This was my 3rd time, but have been booking through a 3rd party so not getting any credit or points (I'll have to change next time) I did have 1 slight problem with check in, but again going through a 3rd party didn't help. But overall enjoyed my stay and will go back. Although not a fan of the overnight parking fee.

. This hotel needs a big refurb. Rooms are old and very, very dusty. Rugs were ripped. Bath towels were smaller than average size bath towel and thin. Furniture is old and beds had sags. And now they charge $7 to park there. Its not the type of hotel where parking should have a fee.

Se eu pudesse dar zero estrelas, eu o faria. Tudo começou horrível, pois eles quartos duplos reservados e não tinham nossa suíte com cama king size disponível, embora tenhamos reservado com antecedência. Então, eles tiveram que nos dar uma suíte de 2 camas, o que não é ideal para uma escapadela de aniversário e não se desculparam sobre isso e não descontou a estadia. Tínhamos de fazer uma reserva para o jantar ou teríamos ido embora e encontrado outro hotel. No quarto, a pia estava entupida e a drenagem lenta, havia uma mancha no assento do vaso sanitário e no piso do banheiro, a porta do armário estava quebrada e difícil de abrir e uma toalha tinha uma mancha marrom. A recepção não atende se for chamada do quarto, o que não foi útil. O buffet de café da manhã no dia seguinte era comida típica de hotel horrível, de modo que nem mesmo ajudava a situação. Se você quiser ir lá para um fim de semana de aniversário, eu recomendaria ir para outro lugar.

If I could give zero stars I would. It started off horrible as they double booked rooms and didn't have our king size bed suite available, even though we booked it in advance. So they had to give us a 2 bed suite, which isn't ideal for an anniversary getaway and weren't apologetic about it at all and didn't discount the stay. We had a dinner reservation we had to make or we would have left and found another hotel. In the room, the sink was clogged and draining slow, there was a stain on the toilet seat and floor tile in the bathroom, the closet door was broken and hard to open and a towel had a brown stain on it. The reception desk doesn't answer if called from the room, so that wasn't helpful. The buffet breakfast the next day was typical horrible hotel food, so that didn't even help the situation. All around if you want to go there for an anniversary weekend get away, I would recommend going elsewhere.

Nem um pouco satisfeito com este local, tivemos vários problemas. Ninguém na recepção ao chegar teve que caminhar até o hotel ao lado para encontrar um funcionário.Vaso sanitário quebrado, roupa de cama insuficiente no banheiro, chave não funcionava, o telefone do quarto não tocou na recepção, Várias viagens para a recepção, passei as primeiras duas horas de nossa estadia lidando com problemas que não deveria ter problemas para começar. O estacionamento de US $ 7 por veículo não foi mencionado na reserva. Hilton precisa fazer melhor.

Not at all happy with this location, we had a whole handful of problems.No one at the front desk upon arrival, had to walk through to the adjoining hotel to find an employee.Toilet broken, not enough linens in bathroom, key didn't work, in room phone didn't ring the front desk,Multiple trips to the front desk, I spent the first two hours of our stay dealing with problems that shouldn't have been problems to begin with.$7 per vehicle parking wasn't mentioned at booking. Hilton needs to do better.
