Nice hotel com quartos bem mobilados. Sempre limpo e grandes áreas comuns dentro e fora para grupos se reunirem. Dado que todos os hotéis aqui atendem a empreiteiros relacionados a campos petrolíferos, ainda é muito mais limpo do que outros na área. Boa piscina também! 🙂

Bonito hotel con habitaciones bien amuebladas. Áreas comunes siempre limpias y amplias por dentro y por fuera para que se reúnan los grupos. Dado que todos los hoteles aquí atienden a contratistas relacionados con Oilfield, todavía es mucho más limpio que otros en el área. ¡Bonita piscina también!

Nice hotel with well furnished rooms. Always clean and large common areas inside and out for groups to gather. Given all the hotels here cater to Oilfield related contractors, it’s still much cleaner than others in the area. Nice pool too!🙂

Se você está procurando um bom hotel em Houma, eles não existem. Este em particular parece atender a empreiteiros que passam com base no número de caminhões de trabalho e pessoas fumando maconha no estacionamento. Todo o lugar é nojento e os tapetes nos corredores estão cobertos de graxa, sujeira e sujeira. Elevador era ainda mais desagradável e tinha mofo óbvio crescendo nele. Eles só vão piorar com a equipe atual e também não esperam que o Hilton ou o Hilton Honors o ajudem com isso. Si estás buscando un buen hotel en Houma, no existen. Este en particular parece atender a los contratistas que pasan en función de la cantidad de camiones de trabajo y personas que fuman marihuana en el estacionamiento. Todo el lugar está asqueroso y las alfombras de los pasillos están cubiertas de grasa, suciedad y asquerosidad. El ascensor era aún más desagradable y tenía moho obvio creciendo en él. La puerta de mi habitación parecía como si alguien hubiera intentado entrar con una palanca. El personal es grosero, no hace su trabajo y se enoja si les pregunta algo. Se suponía que el desayuno estaría listo a las 6 a.m. ya las 7 a.m. no había NADA puesto. La chica que trabajaba en el área dijo de manera bastante grosera que no tenía idea de cuándo podría apagarlo.Este hotel no es muy antiguo y las reseñas de hace 3 o 4 años fueron fantásticas. Las revisiones en los últimos 2 años cuentan la historia de administración, mantenimiento y limpieza descuidados. Solo empeorarán con la dotación de personal actual y tampoco esperen que Hilton o Hilton Honors lo ayuden. If you’re looking for a nice hotel in Houma they don’t exist. This particular one seems to cater to contractors passing through based on the number of work trucks and people smoking pot in the parking lot. The whole place is nasty and the carpets in the halls is crusted over with grease, dirt and nastiness. Elevator was even nastier and had obvious mold growing in it. Door to my room looked like somebody tried to break in with a pry bar. Staff is rude, don’t do their job and get mad if you ask them about anything. Breakfast was supposed to be ready at 6am and at 7am there was NOTHING put out. The girl working the area rather rudely said she had no idea when she might get around to putting it out. This hotel is not very old and reviews from 3-4 years ago were fantastic. Reviews in the past 2 years tell the story of neglected management, maintenance and cleaning. They will only get worse with the current staffing and don’t expect Hilton or Hilton Honors to help you with it either. You’ll get the canned response to contact them to make the world a better place but then get berated on the phone too. If you’re looking for a bed go for it but there are much better places to stay in New Orleans for far less money.

Vou prefaciar esta revisão dizendo que os membros da equipe foram incrivelmente agradáveis e hospitaleiros. O café da manhã é maravilhoso e a localização do hotel é ótima. Houve um problema com os corredores durante a nossa estadia. O lobby e os quartos eram climatizados, mas havia fluxo de ar mínimo a zero nos corredores. Eles estavam abafados e quentes. Experiência incrivelmente desconfortável que não mudou nos 4 dias em que estivemos aqui. Além disso, embora essa experiência fosse única para o meu quarto do nosso grupo de 5 quartos, minha trava eletrônica não acionava. Eu poderia trancar a porta à noite por dentro, mas uma vez que saí do quarto, não tinha como proteger meu quarto e qualquer pessoa do corredor poderia acessar facilmente meus itens simplesmente abrindo a porta. Levei essa necessidade ao atendimento da equipe de manutenção do hotel e da GM, mas não foi resolvida nos meus 4 dias de estadia. Também nunca nos foi oferecida a oportunidade de trocar de quarto e só recebemos atualizações sobre o andamento do reparo se perguntássemos à recepção. Nós realmente amamos este hotel, mas esta estadia mais recente deixou muito mais a desejar por US$ 170/noite.

Prefacio esta revisión diciendo que los miembros del personal fueron increíblemente amables y hospitalarios. El desayuno era increíble y la ubicación del hotel es genial. Hubo un problema con los pasillos durante nuestra estancia. El vestíbulo y las habitaciones tenían control de temperatura, pero había un flujo de aire mínimo o nulo en los pasillos. Estaban bochornosos y calientes. Experiencia increíblemente incómoda que no cambió durante los 4 días que estuvimos aquí. Además, si bien esta experiencia fue exclusiva de mi habitación de nuestro grupo de 5 habitaciones, mi cerrojo electrónico no funcionaba. Podía cerrar la puerta por la noche desde adentro, pero una vez que salía de la habitación, no tenía forma de asegurar mi habitación y cualquiera del pasillo podría haber accedido fácilmente a mis artículos simplemente abriendo la puerta. Presenté esta necesidad al equipo de mantenimiento del hotel y al gerente general, pero no se resolvió durante mi estadía de 4 días. Tampoco nos ofrecieron la oportunidad de cambiar de habitación y solo recibimos actualizaciones sobre el progreso de la reparación si le preguntamos a la recepción. Realmente nos encanta este hotel, pero esta estadía más reciente dejó mucho más que desear por $170/noche.

I'll preface this review by saying that the staff members were incredibly nice and hospitable. The breakfast was awesome and the location of the hotel is great. There was an issue with the hallways during our stay. The lobby and rooms were climate controlled, but there was minimal to zero airflow in the hallways. They were muggy and hot. Incredibly uncomfortable experience that did not change over the 4 days we were here. Also, while this experience was unique to my room from our group of 5 rooms, my electronic deadbolt wouldn't engage. I could lock the door at night from the inside, but once I left the room, I had no way to secure my room and anyone from the hallway could have easily accessed my items by simply opening the door. I brought this need to the attend of the hotel maintenance team and the GM, but it was not resolved over my 4 day stay. We were also never offered the opportunity to change rooms and only received updates on the repair's progress if we asked the front desk. We really love this hotel, but this most recent stay left much more to be desired for $170/night.

The entire staff was so nice but the cooking staff was awesome.Breakfast was great everyday.The cleaning crew needs more training because I had my room serviced twice and they did not vacumn the carpet.Thank you for Wednesday's socal night.

This hotel over exceeded my expectations. The rooms were quite and comfortable. The breakfast was country-Cajun and really delicious. My family and I will definitely be back next year when we return to Houma!

Excelente hotel, extremamente limpo. Danny nos registrou e saiu no dia seguinte. Ela foi incrível. Ela foi acima e além. Ela é definitivamente um grande trunfo para a localização deste hotel e para a família Hilton Hotles. Pude observá-la com outros clientes e ela os tratou tão bem quanto tratou a mim e minha filha. Nós definitivamente iremos visitar novamente. Os quartos eram muito limpos. O café da manhã foi incrível e havia tantas opções. Mal posso esperar para voltar a Houma e ficar no Homewood.

Nice hotel com funcionários simpáticos. Quarto grande e cama confortável. Todos os itens principais estão marcados. Hotel realmente precisa de uma reforma. Minha TV quebrou. A cadeira do computador estava muito bamba e estava inclinada para um lado. O carpete estava manchado e pegajoso (não apenas na área manchada. Há mofo crescendo no chuveiro. Na lateral a cabeceira da cama está toda arranhada e por um quarto de mais de US $ 200 eles precisam prestar mais atenção aos detalhes. Quarta-feira à noite social foi muito bom e o café da manhã tinha o melhor sabor ou praticamente qualquer café da manhã de hotel que eu já tive.

Bonito hotel con un personal amable. Habitación grande y cama cómoda. Todos los elementos principales están marcados. El hotel realmente necesita una reforma. Mi televisor estaba roto. La silla de la computadora estaba muy tambaleante y estaba inclinada hacia un lado. La alfombra estaba manchada y pegajosa (no solo en el área manchada. Hay moho creciendo en la ducha. A un lado, la cabecera de la cama está toda rayada y para una habitación de más de $ 200 necesitan prestar más atención a los detalles más finos. Excellent hotel, extremely clean. Danny checked us in and out the next day. She was amazing. She went above and beyond. She is definitely a huge asset to this hotel location and to the Hilton Hotles family. I was able to observe her with other customers and she treated them just as good as she treated me and my daughter. We will definitely be visiting again. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was amazing and there were so many options. I cannot wait to come back to Houma and stay at the Homewood.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Large room and comfortable bed. All of the major items are checked off. Hotel really needs a refurb. My TV was broken. Computer chair was very wobbly and sat leaning to one side. Carpet was stained and sticky (not just in the stained area. There is mold growing in the shower. On the side the headboard of the bed is all scratched up and for a $200 plus room they need to pay closer attention to finer details. The Wednesday night social was very nice and the breakfast had the best flavor or just about any hotel breakfast that I have had.
