Este hotel foi incrível! Ficamos lá por uma semana enquanto estávamos na cidade para um casamento. Todos os funcionários foram excepcionalmente simpáticos, muito prestativos e rápidos com qualquer uma das nossas necessidades. Quarto era muito limpo e adorava ter o espaço extra com a sala de estar. A cozinha nos ajudou tremendamente, já que comíamos muitas de nossas refeições em nosso quarto. Recomendo este hotel! Você não vai se decepcionar! 😊

This hotel was awesome! We stayed there for one week while we’re in town for a wedding. All the staff were exceptionally friendly, very helpful and prompt with any of our needs. Room was very clean and loved having the extra space with the living room. The kitchen helped us tremendously, since we ate many of our meals in our room. Highly recommend this hotel! You won’t be disappointed!😊

Os aparelhos do quarto são bem antigos. Eles têm um monte de desgaste sobre eles. Havia manchas aleatórias (manchas de ferrugem?) na geladeira da haste do chuveiro. O corredor cheirava a mofo no quarto andar perto do meu quarto. A academia também era bem pequena e decepcionante; apenas halteres, bola medicinal, esteira e elíptico. O café da manhã começou às 630 durante a semana em vez de 6, então não pude visitar a maioria dos dias durante a minha estadia. Nos dias em que fui, o café da manhã foi muito medíocre; ovos moles e salsichas foram os destaques. A pior parte foi que este Homewood Suites não estava mais servindo cerveja e vinho para a recepção da noite. A equipe da recepção disse que era devido ao covid. Não tenho certeza se é verdade, considerando que as suítes da embaixada no centro da cidade retomaram seu serviço de happy hour quando fiquei alguns meses atrás

The appliances in the room are pretty dated. They have a lot of wear and tear on them. There were random stains (rust spots?) on the shower rod refrigerator. The hallway smelled musty up on the fourth floor near my room. The gym was also pretty small and disappointing; only dumbbells, medicine ball, treadmill and elliptical. Breakfast started at 630 during the week instead of 6, so I was unable to visit most of the days during my stay. The days I did go, breakfast was very lackluster; runny eggs and sausage were the highlights. The worst part was that this Homewood Suites was no longer serving beer and wine for their evening reception. The desk staff said it was due to covid. Not sure if it's true considering the embassy suites downtown resumed their happy hour service when I stayed a few months ago

Não.AC defeituoso que nunca foi devidamente reparado, apesar das visitas diárias da manutenção, itens básicos faltando no quarto, funcionários que prometeram entrar em contato com a gerência, mas não o fizeram, e uma discussão educada, mas direta, com o gerente geral que prometeu a terra e ainda assim não conseguiu entregar as coisas que deveriam estar no quarto quando chegamos significa que, embora tenhamos boas experiências em visitas anteriores, nunca voltaremos.Além disso, dado que o Garden Inn ao lado está sob a mesma gestão, embora nunca tenhamos ficado lá, não teríamos chance de nossa sorte lá também.Evite, a vida é muito curta para esse tipo de serviço.

Checked in April 20 for 7 nights. We checked in on a Wednesday.Thursday our room wasn't cleaned so we thought no big deal we've only been here 1 night. Inquired Friday about our room not being cleaned. They said they are only cleaning rooms on the 4th day, which was Saturday, but they don't clean on weekends and Monday was booked for a cleaning so Tuesday was available.LOL!! So 1 cleaning in 7 nights?! Absolutely not. We checked our that day. If we had known about this we would have never even stayed here. We were taking out our own trash and had to make up the pull out couch, they wouldn't even make the bed up! I understand the staffing issues because of covid but I wish they had told us this when we checked in, we never would have even stayed here. We were cleaning our own room!!!! We should have been given a refund back for that! Also the kitchen is really small in the 1 bedroom suite. Nothing spectacular at this hotel either. We asked to speak to a manager 2x but of course was never available.

Nope. Faulty AC that was never properly repaired despite daily visits from maintenance, basic items missing from the room, staff who promised to contact management but didn't, and a polite but pointed discussion with the general manger who promised the earth and yet still failed to deliver the stuff that should have been in the room when we arrived means even though we've had good experiences on previous visits we are never going back. Also, given that the Garden Inn next door is under the same management, even though we've never stayed there we'd not chance our luck there either. Avoid, life's too short for that kind of service.

Experiência muito ruim! Atendimento mínimo ao cliente - ficou lá por uma semana e só conseguiu serviço de limpeza no dia 4, depois de vários pedidos. Estávamos viajando com uma criança e a equipe do hotel queria que descêssemos para qualquer coisa que precisássemos (incluindo as coisas que eles deveriam ter originalmente colocado no quarto). Nós selecionamos o hotel porque ele vem com uma pequena quitinete privativa - no entanto, a quitinete não tinha nada - sem panelas, potes, detergentes para lavar louça, apenas duas colheres. Primeiro fizemos o check-in no quarto que tinha um chuveiro entupido no banheiro e, felizmente, eles ajudaram a mover nosso quarto ao lado. On-line no site do Hilton Honors foi claramente mencionado que a noite social era de segunda a quinta-feira e só acontecia uma vez em toda a semana. No geral, uma experiência muito ruim e nunca voltaria a este hotel novamente!

Não é um lugar horrível. Os quartos são decentes e bastante limpos em geral. Fiquei, no entanto, profundamente decepcionado com a resposta do hotel a um grande problema. Não há Internet (com ou sem fio) por três dias seguidos. Eu precisava do acesso, contava com isso, mas a recepção não parecia realmente se importar. Eles disseram que estava sendo consertado, nunca mais teve nenhuma informação... assim como não importava. Durante três dias obtive a mesma resposta. Não está feliz com isso. Tive que queimar muitos dados por causa disso. O jantar foi tão ruim que eu pedi uma pizza em vez disso.Eu definitivamente vou procurar outro hotel na próxima vez que estiver na área.ATUALIZAÇÃO 4-10-2022 Reclamei diretamente com a empresa Hilton (enviei um e-mail para o CEO!) e recebi uma resposta pessoal de seu assistente. Pediu desculpas e me perguntou como torná-lo melhor. Deu-me opções. Acabei recebendo um cheque enviado para mim, como compensação pelo problema. Estou muito impressionado com Hilton! Espero que eles leiam a gestão local do ato de motim. Ainda será um cliente Hilton... mas não neste hotel. Obrigado, Hilton!

Very bad experience! Minimal customer service -- stayed there for a week and could get housekeeping service only on Day 4 that too after multiple requests. We were traveling with an infant and the hotel staff wanted us to come downstairs for anything we needed (including the stuff they should have originally placed in the room). We selected the hotel because it comes with a small private kitchenette- however the kitchenette had nothing in it- no pans, no pots, no dishwashing detergents, barely two spoons. We first checked-in the room which had a clogged bathroom shower and fortunately they helped to move our room next doors. Online on Hilton Honors website it was clearly mentioned that the evening social was from Monday to Thursday and it only happened once in the entire week. Overall a very bad experience and would never go back to this hotel again!

Not a horrible place. The rooms are decent and pretty clean overall. I was, however, deeply disappointed in the hotel's response to a major problem. There as no Internet (wired or wireless) for three days in a row. I needed the access, counted on it, but the front desk didn't seem to really care. They said it was being fixed, never had any more information at all...just like it didn't matter. For three days I got the same response. Not happy about it. Had to burn up a lot of data because of it. The dinner was so bad that I ordered a pizza instead. I am definitely going to look for another hotel next time I'm in the area. UPDATE 4-10-2022 I complained directly to Hilton corporate (e-mailed the CEO!) and I got a personal response from his assistant. Apologized and asked me how to make it better. Gave me options. I ended up getting a check sent to me, as compensation for the problem. I am very impressed with Hilton! Hopefully they read the local management the riot act. Will still be a Hilton customer... just not at this hotel. Thank you, Hilton!

Estávamos precisando desesperadamente de um lugar para ficar. Conseguimos reservar um quarto on-line à tarde para uma estadia de sexta à noite. Parece que temos o último quarto. Nós ficamos em um Hilton na Flórida há alguns anos e juramos nunca dar a outro Hilton mais do meu dinheiro. O desespero me fez fazer isso, e estou feliz que as coisas tenham funcionado do jeito que aconteceram. Este Hilton era limpo e muito confortável. Quando eles disseram que havia um café-da-manhã incluído eu estava imaginando pequenas caixas de cereais e talvez alguns muffins, mas havia ovos, bagels, batatas ....REAL café-da-manhã! Este Hilton mudou minha opinião sobre a cadeia. Limpo, confortável e a equipe foi muito simpática. Bom trabalho.

We were in desperate need of a place to stay. We were able to book a room online in the afternoon for a Friday night stay. It seems we got the last room. We did stay at a Hilton in Florida a few years ago and swore never to give another Hilton any more of my money. Desperation made me do it, and I am glad things worked out the way they did. This Hilton was clean and so very comfortable. When they said there was a breakfast included I was picturing small boxes of cereal and maybe a few muffins, but there were actual eggs, bagels, potatoes....REAL breakfast stuff! This Hilton has turned my opinion of the chain around. Clean, comfortable and the staff was very fiendly. Great job.

El hotel es un poco antiguo. Las habitaciones no se sienten 100% limpias. Tienen un poco de olor a cigarro o comida.El baño es antiguo y no se va de manera rápida . La zona si es muy bonita , cómoda y accesible. Los desayunos un incluyen son muy malos . Avena con agua, plátano, manzana, cereal, y huevo de caja . El café si está más o menos bien .Supuestamente es para miembros hilton honor pero en ningún momento me sentí HONOR con el servicio . Pero al menos si me gusto la zona donde me quede .
