Han sido unas maravillosas vacaciones!Sólo podemos decir cosas fantásticas de este hotel, sobre todo de la parte humana. Somos una pareja de Girona que llevamos años viniendo a Formentera y, en concreto, a este hotel. Si bien las instalaciones son un poco antiguas, cabe destacar que la gran calidad humana del personal hace que este aspecto pase completamente a 2º plano. Siempre ha sido así, pero en este año tan complicado por el tema Covid-19, todavía lo queremos destacar más. Empezando por el personal de limpieza (impecable en todo), recepción, bares, cocina, restaurante, animación, lavandería, jardinería, mantenimiento... y en general todos, super amables y atentos a cualquier necesidad. Incluso con las complicaciones asociadas al Covid-19, todo el personal se mantuvo muy riguroso, profesional y siempre con una sonrisa, que lo hizo todo mucho más ameno.Remarcar también la muy buena calidad de la comida y felicitar a los gestores del economato por la mejoría en la calidad de las frutas y verduras en especial.Esperamos poder volver muchos años más a vuestro hotel, dónde nos hacéis sentir como parte de vuestra familia, por lo que os estamos muy agradecidos.Muchas felicidades y no cambiéis nunca!Jordi & Lydia.

Empezando por el personal de limpieza (impecable en todo), recepción, bares, cocina, restaurante, animación, lavandería, jardinería, mantenimiento... y en general todos, super amables y atentos a cualquier necesidad. Incluso con las complicaciones asociadas al Covid-19, todo el personal se mantuvo muy riguroso, profesional y siempre con una sonrisa, que lo hizo todo mucho más ameno.Remarcar también la muy buena calidad de la comida y felicitar a los gestores del economato por la mejoría en la calidad de las frutas y verduras en especial.Esperamos poder volver muchos años más a vuestro hotel, dónde nos hacéis sentir como parte de vuestra familia, por lo que os estamos muy agradecidos.Muchas felicidades y no cambiéis nunca!Jordi & Lydia.

A wonderful hotel. Especially because of its staff, super friendly and decisive, they made our stay fantastic.The hotel is very well cared for, and very well located.We went with our 7 year old daughters and they just want to come back to this hotel, we have all loved it. Highly recommended!

Un hotel maravilloso. Especialmente por su personal, super amables y resolutivos, nos hicieron la estancia fantástica.El hotel está muy cuidado, y muy bien ubicado.Fuimos con nuestras hijas de 7 años y solo quieren volver a este hotel, nos ha encantado a todos. Muy recomendable!

Sólo destacó la ubicación del hotel, la playa que tiene es muy bonita.Habitaciónes antiguas y sin insonorizar, no se puede descansar pq oyes la televisión y conversación de la habitación de al lado. Aún cada noche llamando a recepción, exponiendo nuestra queja del gran ruido que hacían en la habitación, no nos solucionaron nada tuvimos que pasar así de mal todas las noches sin descansar.El buffet no controla alergias como el gluten, te dicen que si. Pero cuando estás en plancha para pedir un hueco frito y ves como le da la vuelta con la espátula que a dado la vuelta al sándwich o que a apollado la cesta de la freidora de hacer churros en la plancha donde realizan los huevos fritos te das cuenta que no controlan, ni tienen ni idea. Y lo peor es que se lo dijimos y se molestó diciéndonos que no la iba a cambiar, ni fregar para quitarle la contaminación que pudiera haber que le pasaba un papel y punto. Realmente esté hotel necesita una reforma, pq es caro para lo antiguo que está y una formación al personal que tienen en el buffet.

Habitaciones muy deficientes.VASOS DE PLASTICO en la habitación !!!!!Personal de recepción patético, por lo menoslas dos personas que me atendieron. Servicio de habitaciones inexistente. Un desastre. ,Lllegamis a las 12h y no estaba preparada la habitación. Sin embargo si sales más tarde de las 11h te cobran 10€ por cada hora.Huir de este hotel

Read on for a clear view of the hotel:Check in: friendly and fast service. Lucrezia was very kind and polite.We were assigned a bungalow number 60 near the first small pool. Check in vote 10.Room: the bungalow was very large and spacious. However it bore the signs of time. it was tidy but not exactly clean. We encountered a problem which was then promptly resolved by the Housekeeping. Large and spacious shower and double sink. Water price 1,5l in the minibar € 3.40 really excessive. Chamber vote 6.Food: we had opted for half board. International buffet breakfast. Temperature measurement at the entrance and mandatory use of disposable gloves at the buffet. Cmq good breakfast but nothing exceptional.The dinner is noteworthy. Always a buffet but with really beautiful and equally good dishes. Sometimes sophisticated but always well executed. Congratulations to the kitchen we dined every evening with great pleasure.Catering vote 8Structure: let's start from the bottom: we visited the hotel the penultimate week of September. Unlike what I could read in the reviews, the sea was really rough and the hotel beach was ugly.But it could be a given condition of the period. A small staircase leads up to the hotel's main swimming pool. Well organized and furnished. The access for the disabled is appreciated in the swimming pool. Equally beautiful was the terrace of the reception where you can have an aperitif at sunset with a view of the sea, also here well furnished and structured. The defects are the areas where it emerges that the structure has its years and the problems have been covered but not solved.Rating Structure 7Cleaning: the problem encountered in the room was solved but there was ... Four star hotel on the coast that does not even reach three. Very poor rooms.PLASTIC GLASSES in the room !!!!!Pathetic reception staff, at least the two people who attended me. Non-existent room service. A disaster. We arrived at 12 noon and the room was not ready. However, if you leave later than 11 a.m. they charge you € 10 for each hour.

Hemos estado alojados 3 noches.La bienvenida ha sido buena, ofreciéndonos las instalaciones tanto antes del check-in como después del check out. La limpieza de las instalaciones muy bien, la calidad de la comida bien, el trato del personal ha sido muy bueno, amables y atentos.La única pega que pondría, que para mí es fundamental, es que la bebida básica, agua, quieran cobrarmela a toda costa en la cena.Por lo demás, hemos estado genial.

Tuvimos una estancia de 2 días con un trato excelente. Desde el personal de recepción, dirección, comedor, limpieza... el hotel es de una alta calidad. A pie de playa con acceso directo. Todo el personal nos trato muy amablemente y se nota su implicación y gusto por su trabajo. Las instalaciones estupendas, la piscina y el restaurante del hotel con vistas increíbles y muy buen servicio.En Formenterase respira paz. Aguas cristalinas y arena blanca. Por seguro que volveremos, y lo vamos a hacer por tradición.Gracias.

It is a hotel that resembles a resort, you can spend all your vacations in the same place without moving. 🏖️You have the beach in front a few meters and it is wonderful.You have breakfast and dinner (buffet), but at noon (under payment) you can eat a la carte.The rooms as you want to pay have views of the sea, but you can see something through the trees. 😏They are spacious and very neat.All the staff are very helpful and professional.I GIVE IT THREE STARS BECAUSE:-When we dined one night at the restaurant for payment, they charged us for the same bottle of wine to two rooms, our friends paid for it and also us.I miss that when you consume in the bar or in the restaurants, they do not give you a copy of the ticket with the amount that they are going to charge you to the room. 📝- The minibar in the room did not cool almost anything, all the drinks were hot.-I was also quite surprised that when checking out the receptionist (Lucrezia, who did not attend us with kindness, rather with antipathy), did not ask us how we had spent it and that she expected to see us again on another occasion. 😳He also did not offer us to continue using the facilities, that is why we left the room at 9 am.In short, I suspect if I would go back again. (I'm not saying no)

El hotel está muy bien, es limpio con instalaciones de primera. La atención del personal fue excelente. Tienen todas las medidas de prevención contra el covid, limpieza constante con lejía en todas las superficies. Las habitaciones muy cómodas, solicité una habitación con vista al mar y supero mis expectativas, sin dudas es un lugar para desconectarse del día a día.Lo único que no me gusto es que en la cena no incluye la bebida, una cocacola pequeña cuesta 3.5€ y al buffet le falta variedad, tienen las medidas de prevención como gel hidroalcoholico y guantes, así como el personal ayuda a mantener el distanciamiento social

A good stay with a very bitter endWe stayed for 5 days and therefore they offered us a dinner in the restaurant facing the sea (for staying more than 3 nights). We ordered a glass of white wine and a glass of black wine. For the latter they charged us 11 EUROS! When you order a glass of wine it is supposed to be the house wine. They didn't bring us a wine list so they are supposed to give you a basic one. An exorbitant price for a very average wine. I totally felt like they wanted to "rip off a foreigner."As for the rest:The pool closes very early at 6pm. Very good location. We liked the common areas a lot. The room very good, spacious and clean. Very good treatment of the staff although at the reception they were somewhat overwhelmed and did not explain many things to us. Good cleaning and good covid protocol. The breakfast very varied. Dinner a little of everything quite good and others nothing according to a 4 stars. Price of expensive half board drinks. The parking barrier was open so people came in from outside the hotel, I don't know if that's always the case ...

La ubicación está bien y el buffet variado, amplio y buena calidad.Te cobran la bebida de buffet de noche!!Da igual que sea media pensión.Hay 2 edificios en el hotel, si te toca al lado de la playa, tienes que subir cada mañana a desayunar por unas escaleras bastante empinadas, no recomendable par agente con movilidad reducida puesto que el asfalto está deteriorado, no es uniforme.Habitaciones con muebles viejos, almohadas incómodas.La piscina es muy bonita y los animadores súper simpáticos y entregados a su labor, al igual que sus camareros, cada cual mejor.La playa de delante del hotel está bien, con rocas eso si.Lo que no me gustó que te quieran cobrar las amacas del hotel, 18 euros por persona.Te alquilan motos con un 20% de descuento a un precio inflado.Saliendo a la derecha de la recepción a 15 metros, tienes una oficina de otra compañía de alquiler, donde alquilarás más barato, compruébalo.

POSITIVE:The location is unbeatable and the beach to which you have access is one of the best in Formentera, next to Es Arenals, which I consider to be the best of all. The hotel facilities are very good as well as the restaurant next to the pool. The staff were extremely kind, friendly and personable, the best thing about the hotel.NEGATIVE:The quality of the food, especially at dinner, was poor, I expected much more from a Riu Hotel and also thinking that it is a 4-star hotel. Instead, the quality of food at breakfast was better, good.

The staff, generally very good. Very professional, attentive and friendly. Especially a waiter called Miguel "el Asturiano".The hotel, for being a four-star hotel, has quite a few shortcomings. I especially consider that its facilities are deficient for people with reduced mobility these days: the whole hotel is mounted on a hill in such a way that you spend the whole day going up and down stairs to access the different services. Pool downstairs, restaurant in the complex upstairs, go to the room, go back to the pool, chill out area ... all at different levels and there is no mechanized system to go up or down. An inconvenience and a violation of accessibility regulations. I would definitely not recommend it.

Very good or normal as always depends on the closeness of the people.In principle, due to a mistake of mine, I made the reservation incorrectly in the online travel agency, which they could not solve, I contacted the department. Commercial of the hotel in a first call because no empathy and no solution. In the evening I see the person who had made the check-in and I commented on the question of the change of room and that curious total diligence looks at him and informs me that he is going to look at him, at least one detail, calling me at the room later informing me that at that time it cannot be and that it will be carried out as a commercial service the next morning, the usual people, whether or not it was but always trying to solve the client's concerns.The next morning I declined the change, we had already unpacked and it was not a plan thanking the person greatly for the treatment provided.Regarding the correct hotel or even very correct in all its aspects, except that the access to the beach for people with complicated mobility problems would object.

We had a 2 day stay with excellent treatment. From the reception staff, management, dining room, cleaning ... the hotel is of a high quality. On the beach with direct access. All the staff treated us very kindly and their involvement and pleasure in their work is evident. Great facilities, swimming pool and hotel restaurant with incredible views and very good service. In Formentera you breathe peace. Crystal clear waters and white sand. For sure we will return, and we will do it by tradition. Thank you.

vote 2 because the structure is beautiful but a problem, if you bring clothes with tags attached, you can be sure that you will not find anything, they took me a sweater (stone island = 150 €) and a bottle of perfume (louis vuitton = 380 € )

Es un hotel con semejanza a resort, puedes estar todas tus vacaciones en el mismo lugar sin moverte. 🏖️La playa la tienes enfrente a pocos metros y es maravillosa.Tienes desayuno y cena (buffet), pero al mediodía (bajo pago) puedes comer a la carta.Las habitaciones según quieras pagarlo tienen vistas al mar, sino puedes ver algo através de los árboles. 😏Son amplias y muy aseadas.Todo el personal es muy atento y profesional.LE DOY TRES ESTRELLAS PORQUE:-Cuando cenamos una noche en el restaurante de pago, nos cobraron la misma botella de vino a dos habitaciones, la pagaron nuestros amigos y también nosotros.Echo en falta que cuando consumes en el bar o en los restaurantes, no te den una copia del ticket con el importe que te van a cargar a la habitación. 📝- El minibar de la habitación no enfriaba casi nada, estaban todas las bebidas calientes.-Tambien estuve bastante extrañado que al hacer el checkout la encargada de recepción (Lucrezia, que no nos atendió con amabilidad, más bien con antipatia), no nos preguntó cómo lo habíamos pasado y que esperase vernos de nuevo en otra ocasión. 😳Tampoco nos ofreció seguir utilizando las instalaciones, eso que dejábamos la habitación a las 9 horas.En resumen, sospeso si volvería de nuevo. (No digo que no)

Una buena estancia con final muy amargoEstuvimos 5 días y por ello nos ofrecieron una cena en el restaurante frente al mar ( por estar más de 3 noches). Pedimos una copa de vino blanco y otra de vino negro. Por esta última nos cobraron 11 EUROS! Cuando pides una copa de vino se supone que es el vino de la casa. No nos trajeron carta de vinos por lo que se supone que te ponen uno básico. Un precio desorbitado por un vino muy normalito. Me sentí totalmente como si quisieran ‘ timar a un guiri’.En cuanto al resto:La piscina cierra muy pronto a las 18h. Muy buena ubicación. Las zonas comunes nos gustaron mucho. La habitación muy bien, amplia y limpia. Muy buen trato del personal aunque en recepción estaban algo desbordados y no nos explicaron muchas cosas. Buena limpieza y buen protocolo covid. El desayuno muy variado. La cena un poco de todo cosas bastante bien y otras nada acordes a un 4 estrellas. Precio de las bebidas de la media pensión caras. La barrera del parking estaba abierta por lo que entraba gente de fuera del hotel, no sé si siempre es así...

POSITIVO:La ubicación es inmejorable y la playa a la cual se tiene acceso es de las mejores de Formentera, teniendo al lado a Es Arenals, la cual considero que es la mejor de todas. Las instalaciones del hotel son muy buenas así como también el restaurante de al lado de la piscina. El personal fue extremadamente amable, amigable y agradable, lo mejor del hotel.NEGATIVO:La calidad de la comida, sobre todo en la cena era pobre, esperaba mucho mas de un Hotel Riu y también pensando que es un hotel de 4 estrellas. En cambio, la calidad de la comida en el desayuno era mejor, buena.

Hotel muy estándar. No destaca por nada. Una opción más asequible para pasar unos días en la isla porque tiene media pensión y el buffet es generoso.Las habitaciones necesitan una reforma y actualización de mobiliario.El personal del restaurante trasmite poca profesionalidad y deja entre ver sus más y sus menos. Menudas peloteras a diario...

El personal, en general muy bien. Muy profesionales, atentos y amables. En especial un camarero que se llama Miguel "el asturiano".El hotel, para ser de cuatro estrellas, tiene bastantes carencias. En especial considero que sus instalaciones son deficitarias para los tiempos que corren para gente con movilidad reducida: todo el hotel está montado en una colina de tal manera que te pasas todo el día subiendo y bajando escaleras para acceder a los distintos servicios. Piscina abajo, restaurante en el complejo de arriba, ir a la habitación, volver a la piscina, zona chill out...todo a diferentes niveles y no existe un sistema mecanizado para subir o bajar. Un inconveniente y una vulneración de normativa de accesibilidad. Definitivamente, no lo recomendaría.

Muy bueno o normal como siempre depende de la cercania de las personas.En principio por un error mio efectue la reserva incorrectamente en la agencia de viajes por internet, que no puedieron solucionar, puesto al habla con el dpto. comercial del hotel en una primera llamada pues nula empatia y nula solucion. En una segunda llamada la persona que me atendio empatia 100x100 e intentar dar una solucion como asi fue, pagando la solucion logicamente nada era por "The Face", fue un error mio y habia que solucionarlo y logicamente fue con "cash".El check-in del hotel perfecto o más, puesto que le solicite que las habitaciones fuesen contiguas.Pero al llegar a las habitaciones observamos que tampoco eran las ideales por las vistas, bajo inmediatamente a recepcion y que pena, la persona que me habia atendido ya no estaba, le solicito un cambio puesto que no habiamos ni deshecho las maletas pero me dicen dos personas de recepcion que "bla bla bla y que no puede ser" lo cual acepto pero se queda almacenado.A la tarde-noche veo a la persona que habia realizado el check-in y le comento la cuestion del cambio de habitacion y que curiosos diligencia total lo mira y me informa que lo va a mira, por lo menos todo un detalle, llamandome a la habitacion posteriormente informandome que en ese momento no puede ser y que lo realizaran como una atencion comercial a la mañana siguiente, lo de siempre las personas, hubiese sido o no pero siempre intentar solucionar las inquietudes del cliente.A la mañana siguiente decline el cambio, ya habiamos deshecho las maletas y no era plan agradeciendole enormemente a la persona el trato dispensado.Respecto al hotel correcto o incluso muy correcto en todos sus aspectos, salvo que le pondria una objecion el acceso a la playa para personas con problemas de movilidad complicado.

Nos alojamos en un habitación de 3 y el sofá cama, que era un plegatín, era bastante cómodo.La comida deo buffet, tanto el desayuno como la cena, muy y muy bien.El staff increíble, más amables no podían ser.Repetiremos en breve!

13-agosto-2020.De lo poco que estuvo a la altura del nombre de la cadena un camarero del restaurante, el señor Miguel, que nos ha atendido muy bien. No me ha gustado que entren a la habitación sin llamar, que en recepción no se enteren de nada y te intenten llevar la contraria sin molestarse en ver cuál es el problema, y que te den mala información y luego digan huy no me he dado cuenta !lo siento!, y ya la última es que hoy reparten granizados por toda la piscina para todos los clientes dando la vuelta por toda la piscina, en la primera bandeja cubre la mitad de la vuelta, vuelve a sacar otra bandeja y le da para casi todos los clientes menos para ocho personas y no vuelve a salir. Yo enojado me acerco a la cafetería y se lo digo y me dice el camarero José que es que lo había repartido que era gratuito y no tenía obligación, le digo que me parece perfecto pero que el detalle es feísimo, porque todos pagamos lo mismo y después me dice que no se ha dado cuenta( hay que ser cínico porque cuando volvió la segunda vez paso por delante nuestro), lo único que hace estos trabajadores es ensuciar el nombre de la cadena. Con todo ello tenía otra reserva des tres días encadenando con otra dos de tres días que llevamos y nos cambiamos a otro hotel, no les quiero ver más la cara, que el que paga soy yo.

Dos enormes pegas:Las almohadas!! No entiendo que un hotel como el vuestro ponga esto para dormir. No sabían ni que responder los recepcionistas, me daría vergüenza. Precio elevadisimo para el servicio que dan.Obligan a contratar media pension y la cena es el mismo buffet de pésima calidad cada noche.Problemas para poder reservar la cena en el restaurante de menú nocturno(al que solo puedes ir 1 vez durante toda la estancia) y una vez alli descubrimos que solamente tenian el 10% del restaurante ocupado(y el menú no está a la altura de un 4*)No recomendable.No volveremos

Hotel muy bien ubicado en playa espectacular. Las instalaciones estan bien y las habitaciones son correctas. A nivel de acomodación, muy deficiente las coberturas en cuanto a amenities del baño (no shampoo ni acondicionador,...), tampoco se incluye agua de cortesia, ni se cambian las toallas a diario. El desayuno y cena de buffet sln aceptables, sin más. A nivel de trato, muy buen servicio del personal de animación y hosteleria (la recepción podria mejorar). Para ser un 4 estrellas, lo veo muy justito teniendo en cuenta su precio.

La recepcionistadel hotel, Sra. Claudia, nos quiso cobrar un precio mucho más elevado del que teníamos en la reserva. Nos hizo pasar un mal momento porque según ella tenía un error en su ordenador y en vez de solucionarlo nos quiso elevar el precio. Nos tuvo una hora sin darnos habitación y amenazando con que si nos la daba luego nos podía incrementar el importe. Fue un comienzo de vacaciones bastante desagradable con un trato que jamás nos habían dado en ningún otro alojamiento.

The Hotel Riu La Mola is located in a fantastic position, the adjacent beaches have a sea formed by many natural pools, the landscape is varied for all tastes. The hotel is elegant, sober, very clean, the entertainment is discreet, the staff very kind, the rooms are spacious. The buffet food is truly excellent, refined and with a huge variety of choices. The really refined and high quality beach restaurant. Excellent breakfast too. The bar offers excellent cocktails with a high selection of the best brands of spirits. Definitely an environment for those who love elegance, sobriety, discretion and luxury. Two swimming pools, a smaller one in a more private area, the other very large overlooking the beach, tennis courts, gym, spa. Nothing is missing. The island of Formentera does the rest to make your holiday unforgettable. I really appreciated being able to rent the scooter directly at the hotel, without having to deposit credit cards or various documents. Definitely to return. The stay took place at the end of July 2020

We really enjoyed staying there. Comfortable rooms, good food and the beach a few steps down. The best without a doubt, the restaurant both the buffet and the one by the pool that allows you to eat well at a good price away from the madness of prices on the island. As an aspect to improve the disorder that forms in the buffet, although not everything is the fault of the hotel but of the guests.

Hotel, well located. It is a 4 star hotel with low 3 star service. Treatment of good staff although I expected more for price and hotel company. Food is acceptable not according to the price you pay for the half board stay. The cleaning of the rooms is good, although for example, as a detail they lack shampoo and conditioner, cream, daily change of towels, etc. Here is my score in relation to price / quality and its status.

Disfrutamos mucho de la estancia allí. habitaciones cómodas, buena comida y la playa unas cuantas escaleras abajo. Lo mejor sin duda, el restaurante tanto el de buffet como el de la piscina que permite comer bien a buen precio alejado de la locura de precios de la isla. Como aspecto a mejorar el desorden que se forma en el buffet, aunque no todo es culpa del hotel si no de los huéspedes.

Hotel, bien ubicado. Es un hotel 4 estrellas con servicio de 3 estrellas bajo. Trato del personal bueno aunque esperaba más por precio y compañía hotelera. La comida es aceptable no acorde al precio que pagas por la estancia con media pensión. La limpieza de las habitaciones es buena, aunque por ejemplo, como detalle les falta champú y acondicionador, crema, cambio de toallas diaria, etc. He aquí mi puntuación en relación precio/calidad y estatus del mismo.

Muy bien y preparados para el covid con un protocolo muy exaustivo y donde todo el personal está muy pendiente y atento a todo de manera que se mantienen los servicios así como animación pero de manera adaptada. Las instalaciones muy buenas así como la ubicación privilegiada al lado de una fantástica playa con montones de peces, recomendable traer para hacer snorkel. Lo único a mejorar que los bungalows no tienen vistas al mar y que las almohadas son regulares y no hay carta de almohada para poder seleccionar según preferencia.

Excelente hotel en primera línea de playa con unas vistas fabulosas. Ver el Mediterráneo azul desde la habitación es una maravilla. Muy buena atención y mejor servicio, quizá el spa debe tener más atención. Solamente tiene una pega que no sé si es culpa del hotel o del ayuntamiento: La calle de acceso está muy bacheada y no se merece eso un hotel tan magnífico.

El Hotel Riu la Mola está en una ubicación privilegiada en la isla de Formentera, y es difícil encontrar un alojamiento en la isla con tantos servicios. ¡Las vistas al mar desde la habitación valen la pena! Quisiera felicitar al personal de sala por su atención durante las cenas y desayunos.Desde recepción nos han aconsejado de forma muy correcta sobre la isla y qué playas visitar.

Hola buenas ,la verdad que el hotel estÁ genial ,el acceso a la playa es una gozada, la comida que teniamos en regimen de media pensiÓn ,el desayuno como la cena ,la verdad que no se podia pedir mas ,mucha variedad y mucha calidad.mi unica queja ,ya que el que va ahi va a descansar y relajarse, fueron las almohadas, me pareciÓ un poco contradictorio que un hotel de estos kilates aun tenga estas almohadas super mustias y amarillentas en las cuales era imposible llegar a descansar comodamente,como creo que es una observaciÓnde fÁcil solucion, ahi os lo dejo, por lo demÁs ,solo me queda daros la enhorabuena. saludos

Si quieres disfrutar de las vacaciones no vayas a Riu La Mola, fuimos en agosto esperando disfrutar de 5 Días de descanso y relax y nos encontramos con fiestas hasta la 1 de la mañana con las que no se podía dormir, CON LA MÚSICA ALTÍSIMA y retumbando la habitación. Y ante este incumplimiento por parte del hotel para el descanso de los clientes pedimos cancelar las últimas dos noches para poder descansar como queríamos y ante eso no nos dan ninguna facilidad y nos niegan el reembolso. Prefieren tener dos clientes sin dormir, agotados física y emocionalmente, antes que reembolsar dos noches de hotel no utilizadas por FALTA DE INUMPLIMIENTO POR PARTE DEL HOTEL. Si yo incumplo una norma en un hotel me echan O SANCIONAN, si lo hacen ellos no pasa nada y sólo puedes aguantarte o como nos vimos obligados nosotros a dejar el hotel para poder descansar por fin. Por tanto, no recomendaré nunca un hotel gestionado por la Srta. Silvia Castro, directora del Hotel, que con tal de no poner reclamación en el hotel nos engatusó con falsas promesas que nos ayudaría y no realizó nada. De hecho hasta nos ha negado el contacto de la persona de reservas con la que en teoría habló y nos denegó la devolución. En conclusión, nefasta gestión de la Srta. Silvia Castro y de su equipo de Recepción (exceptuando a Tito). SI QUIERES DESCANSAR y UN BUEN TRATO AL CLIENTE NO VAYAS A ESTE HOTEL. 20 años veraneando en Formentera y nunca he visto nada igual, prepotencia y falta de empatía en estado máximo. Espero los señores Riu estén satisfechos como sus empleados maximizan la cuenta de resultados sin importar la calidad de su servicio ni el descanso de los clientes. LAMENTABLE

Personal amabilisimo, sin duda lo mejor del hotel y no porque el hotel sea malo, está muy bien, en la misma playa con preciosas vistas al mediterráneo, el buffet es muy correcto pero nada que ver con los restaurantes de pago en los que se come mucho mejor, las habitaciones son grandes bastante modernas y con una ducha enorme, lo único si os gusta dormir pronto no podáis la habitación 162 debajo de la sala de fiestas....

Best animation team ever (2018 and 2019). I have visited 4 and 5* hotels in Spain, South Africa, Mautitius, Cuba, Philipines, Cancun (Mexico), Greece etc... definately this animation team the most OUTSTANDING i have ever met.Apart from that, the location and the food are also GREAT so even if the facilities are maybe not so new and luxurious, and even though there are some points to improve, it deserves a 5 star rating from my side. Will come again next year for the 3rd time even though we don't usually repeat place. GOOD JOB RIU!

El hotel está muy bien situado, a pie de playa. La playa es tranquila Tiene una buena piscina y también hay animación. El personal amabilísimo desde recepción, personal del restaurante, incluido cocineros hasta las camareras. Tuve un problema con la habitación y me dieron 3 opciones de habitación. En ningún momento me pusieron mala cara. Están muy pendientes de que estés bien y a gusto. El bufette es espectacular. La comida buenísima y de muy buena calidad. Y lo digo con fundamento pues he estado en hoteles de 5 estrellas y la comida no era tan buena. El bar que hay en la piscina del hotel también es estupendo. La carta variada y no es caro. Volveremos seguro.

Hotel seems great when you look it up. However the Pools and hot tubs close at 6:30pm, they do not offer drinks past 12:30am, and their only restaurant does buffet style service. Good luck if you don’t make it in time for the hot dinner. They charge 10 euros to rent a beach towel per day. The towels in-room are thin and small...hardly indulgent for a 4-star hotel.Mattresses seem rather hard and the in-room amenities are subpar.I will admit, the shower was lovely, with pretty tile and multiple shower heads. Balcony view was nice, overlooking the beach. Overall not a fan and won’t be returning on my next visit.

Stayed here for four days during ourvisit to Formentera and thoroughly enjoyed it's relaxing ambience. Staff are all very warm and friendly, as well as very helpful.Our room looked over the main pool with a fantastic sea view. The room was a decent size although it could have been laid out better, plus it severely lacked power points, and charging basic devices such as my phone and watch was a pain.We had half board and food at breakfast and dinner was of a good standard, although some branded cereal would be nice. Tables are too close together for comfort, and little thought is given to placing guests for dinner. For instance parents and children who can't behave properly belong together, and not stuck next to quiet couples who do know how to behave in a restaurant. Lunch at the pool side restaurant was very well managed, with excellent service and nicely laid out clearly priced food.Overall a very pleasant hotel and we will definitely be returning at some point.

Buen hotel con bufett variado y muy rico, personal muy amable, sobre todo Miguel Mariño que es el camarero que atiende la terraza, un lujo haber contado con el durante nuestra estancia, daba gusto cenar o desayunar y verle siempre con esa sonrisa y esas ganas de trabajar

Únicamente lo vi por fuera ya que me pillaba de paso hacia la playa que quería visitar. Es bastante grande, parece que tiene buenas instalaciones, piscina, actividades, y justo a pie de playa. Lo malo es que necesitas vehículo sí o sí para desplazarte y salir

Relación calidad precio muy bien ,las instalaciones se notan que han sido reformadas no hace mucho .Cerca está la cala de los muertos yun par de restaurantes ,el spa estaba un poco descuidado pero bien aceptable.Pero de cuatro estrellas nooo
