“This place is a dump, well my room 230. I checked in just before midnight and when I arrived to my room and realized the sofa looked like it was 30 years old and was in a college dorm for the last 29 years then repurposed by the Hyatt House I knew I chose the wrong hotel. I called the front desk and informed him of the condition and was offered a new room but it was too late to change rooms. In the morning I again expressed my displeasure and checked out for my originally scheduled 3 night stay. I was offered 5000 Hyatt points to make up for the tattered sofa. Don't stay here unless you like tattered sofas.”

“I have been to this place many times, but this time, I was somewhat disappointed. The staff was nice and accommodating.The room was not up to the reputation of the Hyatt house. This Hyatt house latex the cleanest that we were used to seeing in the rooms and the lobby. I was not impressedat all. Now, when I visit family and friends, I will have to find a better place to stay.”
