“What a nightmare. We checked in to stay one night before catching a flight early the next day; as soon as we walked into our room we couldn’t help but notice how incredibly filthy it was-especially the floor, needless to say we didn’t take our shoes off. That’s not all, as I pulled my sheets down to get into bed there were dead ants in the sheets as well as many live ants crawling all over the bathroom and sofa. I then opened the small refrigerator and what looked to be a small roach fell out! Then when we returned from our trip, our shuttle driver picking us up from the airport took a half hour to get over to us and the shuttle was so hot it was nearly suffocating. The driver was not friendly either. I’m giving one star because the beds were fairly comfortable but they were the best thing about this place.”

“Hotel Itself Is very nice! But.. Some parts of the rooms weren’t really cleaned, Such as The carpet, And the TV remote. The carpet does have stains On the floor, And when I cleaned off the remote it had a lot of black stuff coming off of it, I’m not quite sure if its from Dirt or anything But yeah. Overall the Hotel, And Staff Is Nice!”
